On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and a dining room table. From there, there is a beautiful view of the pool and a covered terrace, where a dining table for 16 people, a gas grill and sun loungers stand. On the ground floor are 3 double bedrooms 180 x 200 centimeters and with a view of the pool and nature with private bathrooms.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with twin beds of 180 x 200 cm and private bathrooms. From all rooms there is a beautiful view of the sea, swimming pool and nature.

On the second floor there is a peculiarity of the Villa Luna - a wellness penthouse with Souna and whirlpool, a large covered terrace and sun loungers. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the bay of Medulin and the surrounding area.

Villa Luna is located on a rebuilt and landscaped area of 650 square meters, suitable for families with children and pets and only 7 minutes walk from the sea and the beach. The location is very quiet and no traffic.

Super Objekt! Super Betreuung!

Villa wie beschrieben. Ein paar kleinere technische Mängel aber zu vernachlässigen. Unser Verwalter Srdan war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig und das jederzeit. Nebenan waren 2 Baustellen aber dafür kann der Vermieter nun wenig. Objekt sauber, groß und einfach gut. Jederzeit gern wieder!!!

Magical family vacation

The house had plenty of space for our family of 12. Pool, hot tub and access to fig trees were a big hit. We recommend driving to Banjole and enjoy a sunset dinner at the Del Mar Resort. If you are looking for breathtaking turquoise water with a white pebble beach drive along Lungomare to the Gortan Cove outside of Pula. We enjoyed the Villa Luna and can only recommend it !

New house in Medullin

Spacious new house in Medullin. Airconditioned all through the property. Great location for trips and activities throughout Istria. Very helpful owner. House is part of small group of three houses at a new site which may limit privacy. Medullin can be walked to but is mostly done by car.

Ruhig gelegene sehr geräumige Villa

Wir waren mit 12 Erwachsenen und einem Baby (1 Jahr) in der Villa. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz und ist sehr gut ausgestattet und zudem sehr sauber. Alle 2 - 3 Tage werden Pool & Whirlpool gecheckt & gereinigt. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort spricht gut Deutsch & Englisch und ist sehr hilfsbereit & flexibel. Anders als im Inserat angegeben gibt es zwei Kühlschränke (einer davon mit Gefrierfach), statt Gas gibt es einen Kohlegrill und statt den gezeigten Pool-Liegen sind "einfache" Plastikliegen vor Ort. Die Villa befindet sich in einem Neubaugebiet mit vielen Baustellen. Die Straße zur Villa ist noch nicht vollständig ausgebaut. Eine Mini Bucht erreicht man ca. 5 min zu Fuß, ansonsten empfiehlt sich ein Auto. Nach Medulin läuft man ca. 30 - 40 Minuten. Ganz große Restaurant Empfehlung: Restaurant Da Giovanni Medulin (sehr leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen, super netter Service & sehr schönes Ambiente). Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr gut gefallen und trotz der kleinen Kritikpunkte können wir sie sehr weiter empfehlen!

Nice house

The house was perfect for our large family. We especially liked the sea view, kitchen, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, table tennis, and the facts that every bedroom had a bathroom (with toilet and shower). The property manager helps us a lot and he was really friendly. The house was nice and clean. The surroundings wasn’t what we hoped for. It was many construction sites and a lot of sounds during the day. The house was located a bit far from the village and the food markets. We recommend to rent a car or bikes. We liked the village Medulin. We can recommend the restaurant Salt & Pepper. If you order taxi, you should know that they decide their own price per kilometer. Talk about the cost before you get into the taxi.
