The villa also has 6 ensuite bathrooms with showers, and additional facilities that will surely be of great help are a washing machine and iron, and two additional separate toilets.



Beautifully decorated kitchen, dining room with dining table for 8 people, and a large living room with sofa and TV allow you to enjoy and cook in intimacy with your family, trying new recipes in the Istrian tradition, or watching your favourite series and movies. For those who lead an active life and are fans of sports and exercise, they have the opportunity to exercise in a separate room in Villa Medulin 2, where there is a basic exercise equipment.

Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
