Comparable with 4 star Paris hotel room.

Perfect space for two on the go or even a relaxing weekend. It's a rear duplex apartment easier to find in daylight. Very nice decor and generous accommodations. Wife and I would definitely rent again

Comfy Neighborhood Setting

The location was perfect for our purposes and very easy to walk to some of the best restaurants in SD. Really friendly neighborhood - lots of people walking dogs; welcoming and charming. Unit was cool with all windows opened in the afternoons for the sea breeze. Bed is very comfortable and the shower has great water pressure.

We booked this property for an anniversary trip and it was in the perfect location -- totally walkable to restaurants and shops in South Park and an easy drive to North Park, Balboa Park or Gaslamp. The home was very clean and private and the owner had prompt, professional and very friendly communication. Great spot!

What a great neighborhood! The property is located in such a safe, great area - within a 1/2 mile in either direction you can walk to great restaurants, shops, cafes, food trucks etc. The residents walk everywhere and support the local businesses, It is not at all touristy. We fell in love with South Park.

Family fun in San Diego

Jill was an absolutely great host. We were able to get into the VRBO earlier than anticipated and everything was just as listed and felt like an upscale "boutique hotel". There is great on street parking, shopping and restaurants near by.

The apartment is nicely furnished. The kitchen is well stocked. The neighborhood is clean and friendly!!! Just three minutes away is a lovely breakfast, coffee, pastries, and ice cream shops. I would stay here again!

Comfortable Apartment, Perfect Location!

Perfect location, walkable to neighborhood amenities, quick access to Balboa Park highways, and short drive to beaches - Coronado - La Jolla etc. Apartment was nicely provisioned, very comfortable bed, good shower and kitchen. Air traffic easily ignored, and very little street traffic in this quiet friendly neighborhood. We missed the note in the amenities about the washer/dryer being in an owner area during daytime hours. Jill is an attentive and accommodating host, with quick communication and excellent suggestions for local restaurants and attractions.

Great Location !

The apartment is quaint and great for two people. It is in the flight path of the San Diego Airport, but after a while you hardly notice. Jill was a great host, making sure our stay was great. There was always plenty of street parking. When out walking, the people in the community were very friendly. If you stay, be sure and ask Jill about some great restaurant choices walking distance from the apartment.
