Spacious three bedroom home with beautiful large heated pool just a Few Blocks from the Beach! Enjoy outside living at it's best with all day sun on the pool and a house where all rooms open to the lanai. Internet access provided. Bikes are provided for exploring the island. This home is on a direct access canal and only minutes to open Gulf waters. Kayaks provided to explore the miles of canals lined with beautiful homes. Fish, sunbathe and dolphin watch from the dock. Enjoy outside dining on the large south facing patio....gas grill provided. Lay in the sun by the beautiful screened in private pool and lanai. You are walking distance to several restaurants, shops, etc. This non-smoking 3 bedroom 2 bath home is sparkling clean and has tile floors throughout. There is a queen sized sofa bed in the family room along with a big screen TV and video games. The 2 car garage is equipped with bikes, kayaks, coolers and beach cart. Location, Location, Location: Location is very important for a Marco Island vacation home. Our Marco Time home is only 4 blocks to the beautiful South Beach entrance so it is very easy to walk or bike to the beach. Be careful of properties that may be close to the beach but are not close to a public beach access. Also, Southern exposure is important, and our pool and lanai has a great Southern exposure.

Outdoor Living: Our home has a large 15 x 30 pool and a fully screened in 1700 square foot Lanai for a great outdoor living space. This will accommodate a good size group without feeling crowded. This is a much larger outdoor living area than most Marco vacation homes and a great place to relax.

Waterfront Location: Our Southern Exposure Waterfront Canal location is a great feature even if you are not into fishing or kayaking. The canal makes for a much more spacious outdoor setting and offers privacy and long views. Kayaks and fishing gear provided in the garage. Relax on the dock and look for dolphins and manatee.

Great Vacation Stay!!

The photos don’t do this property justice! What a great location and home for our family of 5 (2 grandparents; 2 adult children; 1 grandchild). The layout of the home is perfect to congregate or to chill separately. Pool and dock were a huge bonus as well as proximity to all things Marco. Communication with the property owner was excellent…..book this one if you get the opportunity!!

What a great house. Definitely met all of our needs. Great pool, canal with dock for fishing and kayaking and walking distance to the beach. Beach wagon, chairs, towels and coolers all provided. My family enjoyed the 4 bikes also! Don is very responsive if you have any questions. The house is clean and has everything you need including spices! Highly recommended! 10 out of 10.

Owner was attentive with quick responses. The house has a great location and had a perk of a really hospitable and nice neighbor to the west. Kayaking the canal was fun and the visiting manatee was a bonus!

Great experience. Short distance for the walk to the beach. Kayaks were a lot of fun. Bicycles were great for travel on the island for our children. Overall great accommodations and would definitely rent from them again

Wonderful Spring Break

The home was perfect! Location was ideal, about 1/2 mile from both public beach access paths. Two living spaces, so perfect for our kids to have a movie going while the adults watched a movie in the other room. Neighborhood is beautiful and we went on multiple walks each day. Highly recommend this home!

We rented this home with our family for Spring Break. The home was exactly as listed. The Lanai and pool are nice and big. It is less than a half a mile to the beach.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this destination. The place has everything you could need. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the property when we arrived. However it wouldn’t deter us from booking again. Don the owner was willing and able to correct anything that we needed.

Great stay.

The house was a little dated but clean. It's located in a quiet neighborhood. The ac on the guest side was not as efficient as the ac unit on living room/master bedroom side. The ceiling fan in a guest bedroom is loose from the ceiling. It was a about a 12 minute walk to both public beach accesses. The bikes were nice to use but are in need of some maintenance. Brake cables broke on one and seat wouldn't secure on another. No bike lock was provided to secure them when out. We purchased locks to use. The seat back was broken off on one of the small kayaks and did not use it. The pool was great and very relaxing. Overall a good relaxing experience in a good location.

Quiet and relaxing.

It is a place where you have to make your own fun. This is not a place to go for fishing. The surrounding water clarity is poor. We did go out on the boat and some nice beach spots and small islands. The pool and the house were nice and we had a good time .

Birthday Getaway

Loved the Floorplan of this home. Traveling with another couple and it felt like having adjoining rooms with a common kitchen and pool. Very nicely maintained home in a beautiful neighborhood. Comfortable furniture chairs, beds, pool, etc. Lighting in the house could be enhanced, but that's just a personal preference. I'd definitely stay here again. Lots of extras like bikes, golf clubs, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, toys for the kids, etc. Overall clean and tidy. Beach is .5 from the house, $10 parking is available near the beach but can fill up fast. Favorite dinner location was Deep Lagoon, definitely the best key lime pie, also enjoyed Snook Inn & Margarita's Mexican. Wootens for air boat ride was great. Beautiful, safe island - hope to visit again one day soon!

It was a great location but owner should have stated that only half the garage was available because they leave a car in it. No starting toilet paper nor paper towel left in house but everything else was good

Great stay!

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week in June 2021. We loved our time on Marco and were very happy with our stay at this property. When we arrived we found the check-in process to be very easy and the house was as advertised with one exception. One photo shows a secondary bedroom with two twin beds but that room now has a king bed. This was a little disappointing as two of our little guys had to share a bed for the week, but not a huge deal. The house and furnishings are a little dated as seen in the photos, but everything is functional. There is even an old PS 3 with games from the 2000s which my kids loved. The linens provided were sufficient, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. The pool was clean and so was the house. The yard is nicely landscaped and the dock is in good shape. The garage had bikes - which we used one morning as well as a pair of kayaks which we used in the canal. There is also a nice collection of beach gear. Fishing off the dock was outstanding and we caught fish day and night. We used the grill two evenings. Its a nice larger Weber gas grill and it worked great. Upon arrival one of the A/C units wouldn't click on, but by 6pm that evening the owner had someone out to fix it. We were so grateful. The location on the island is very good. It's a short bike/drive to the beach. A walk to the beach is a little longer but not unmanageable. It's about a 10 min drive to Publix and a short cruise to open water if you have a boat. I hope we have the good fortune to be able to stay here again. It was a great vacation.

Very Comfortable House....Home Away From Home!!!

Our family of eight (which includes my 71 yr. old parents) just got back from spending 5 fabulous days at this property. Our family has been vacationing at Marco Island for at least 15 years. We usually stay at a beachfront condo. However, as our children are now young adults, we thought a house would be a better choice. We are so glad we chose this house! The house is very spacious, and comfortable. It is centrally located, close to the beach, and entertainment. There is beach access by two different locations, the Marriott and South Beach. If you choose to walk to the beach, the walk takes 10 to 15 minutes, depending on how fast you walk, and which route you take. (Yes, we timed it!) If not in the mood for walking, you may drive there and park. The drive takes literally a couple of minutes. There are bikes available, as well. Our young adult "kids" loved riding the bikes to the beach in the evening, to watch the amazing sunsets. There is a hydrobike on the boat dock, which the kids rode along the canal, admiring the rest of the beautiful houses. Although we did not have enough time to use them, there are two kayaks in the garage, which could be taken throughout the canals. The house has a beautiful formal dining room, which unfortunately, our family did not even get to use it once. Since the lanai has plenty of seating, we ended up having all of our meals outdoors! The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of china and silverware. We even got to grill one evening. The pool was very refreshing to come to, after a hot day at the beach. The property is clean, and well maintained. Don was a pleasure to deal with throughout the rental process. He was very thorough, explaining everything, and providing all contact information to local services on the island, in case something went wrong during our stay (which I am happy to say, nothing did!). This is a beautiful, spacious, comfortable house, which actually felt like home! We definitely recommend this property!

MarcoTime, Right On Time

The house is everything advertised and was a joy to have for the week. The location is very convenient for walking to the public beach, particularly since there is limited public parking, and is very near many restaurants and other shops. The lanai and pool are awesome, as are the dock and canal frontage. There were plenty of operable bikes and two very nice kayaks to enjoy sightseeing along the canals. Don was very helpful from start to finish and very accommodating as well. All in all a wonderful stay and we Look forward to renting again and bringing our own boat.

The photos of the home do not do it justice! The home has everything you will need for a vacation week close to the beach and on the water. The back lanai and dock area are amazing! A little bit of Paradise

Everything about this house was great! It was clean upon arrival with many available amenities. The owner was readily available to answer questions and offer suggestions on things to do/places to go. We used the pool area a lot! It was nice and relaxing. There were pool floats provided to use. In the garage there were 5 bikes that we used several times. There was also beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart etc that came in very handy for our trips to the beach. There are 2 kayaks there as well. We kayaked off the dock in the canal to a little island where the kids found some cool Shells! We also saw a few dolphins on the way! The house is in a great location. Easy access to anything you would need on the island. When we return Marco, we would definitely try to stay here again! Thanks for the great hospitality! Many memories were made!

What a great family vacation! House was fully equipped and very, very clean! There were plenty of pool toys and beach gear, everything we needed. The two kayaks and fishing poles were great to have. My husband and oldest daughter fished everyday and we even saw a manatee. Easy to get to the beach and all around Marco Island. Thank you! High recommend a visit!

great location. we were very happy with our stay. didn't need to leave the house. fished on kayaks cuaght some mackerel lady fish and mangrove snapper. be cautious going out to the channels the current can rip through there. house and pool very clean. if you stay in bedroom and are a light sleeper the ac noise may bother you.

Great Week in Marco Island

Don was a pleasure to work with and gave us all the information we needed to access the house easily. House was very clean and great setup for our family of four with two teenagers. Pool was nice size with all the toys. We enjoyed the bikes and often walked to the beach, which was a 10 minute walk. Kitchen was great. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. Had a great week.

Why they chose this property

We have always loved Marco Island and bought this vacation home with (2) other couples back in 2010. We try to travel as a group to the house once a year to make some improvements and enjoy Marco. The location close to the beach and the large Lanai and pool is what really sold us on this house.

What makes this property unique

The Southern Exposure on the pool and lanai make this a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The canal gives a spacious outdoor setting, more privacy, long views and the opportunity to fish and see dolphins, manatees etc.
