Welcome to our Surf Shack! You cannot get closer to the beach than this condo. Located near the tip of North Topsail Beach, the Surf Shack feels like being at the end of the world, with never-ending ocean views, miles of walkable beach, and access to the Intracoastal Waterway close by. Newly remodeled and meticulously designed, this luxury 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach.

A fully stocked kitchen, brand new appliances, a washer/dryer in-unit, new mattresses, new mid-century modern style furniture, a 70” smart television with Sonos soundbar, new mini-split air conditioners and more will welcome you home from the beach and allow you to enjoy what little time you decide to spend inside!

Savor a morning cup of coffee or a late-afternoon cocktail on the ocean view balcony or create lasting memories riding the waves and collecting shark teeth on North Topsail’s miles of beaches.

***Important Note*** The beachfront at our condo is in need of renourishment. This means the complex is fortified with sandbags to prevent damage from storm surge during high winds and tides. At high tide the beach directly behind the unit is not accessible. You are able to access the beach from Building 1 or Building 8 (either end of the complex) at high tide, or drive 5 minutes south to free beach parking and public access. It is convenient to have the beach right outside our door, but you will not be able to camp out at the beach all day at this location!

No animals. Topsail Reef has strict rules prohibiting non-owners from bringing any animals on the property.

Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM; No beach equipment or towels are allowed to be draped/stored in the breezeways or on the balcony. No walking on sandbags.

Please return parking passes to the kitchen counter before leaving. We will need to recover a $20 re-issue fee from you if you take these with you.

Perfect beach getaway

The Surf Shack was just what we needed for a relaxing week away. We found our accommodations both modern and spotless upon arrival. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals for the week. I especially enjoyed the view of the beach from the deck. Of note, this property does require you to climb three sets of stairs so important to keep in mind if you are mobility -challenged. We hope to be back soon!

This is exactly as described and extremely clean! We were visiting family who didn’t have a room for us on another area of Topsail, and needed a place to park our heads. Steve, the owner, was extremely responsive. Super cute and clean! Thank you!!
