Please keep in mind we are a Saturday to Saturday changeover for June July and August. Oceanside townhome in the charming village of Duck North Carolina. Only 1200 feet from beautiful sandy beaches. Walk or bike to down for excellent shopping and casual or fine dining. Enjoy relaxing on the beach or watersports on the bay. Close to everything Duck as to offer as well as short trips to nearby golf and light houses. Enjoy your own space at an affordable price.

Location: Property Information.
Located on the Oceanside, your family will love the convenience of being within easy walking distance of the beach (1000') and next to the community pool and tennis. And don't forget your bikes! You can either walk or bike into Duck Village and enjoy shopping, dining and the many activities that Duck has to offer.

Starting January 1, 2021. Linen and towel service will be standard and added in as a line item at a cost of $78.00 (tax included). Guests starting January 1, 2021 will have the option to opt-out if you prefer bringing your own linens and towels.

Nice beach getaway

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and just love the location. House is exactly as listed and the communication with the host was great. Pool and tennis courts are an added bonus, just a quick walk to the beach and perfect for 4 adults

Has it all.

Great place to stay. Quiet and close enough for anyone to walk to the town of Duck. A few minutes away from the beach. Lots of good restaurants and shops. Bike rental close by. Enjoyable vacation.

Perfect holiday getaway!

Property was perfect for what our family of 4 needed for a Christmas week getaway. Location was perfect- easy walk to beach where tons of shells were found and quick walk into town where we enjoyed the warm mid week temps and all Duck has to offer. Minor questions about the property- internet access/ laundry location- were resolved super quickly via text to owners. They were super responsive and we would rent again !

Wonderful stay at Windspinner

Great location within the community. Close to beach and pool/tennis. The kitchen has been upgraded a bit from the pictures which was a nice surprise. Jerry is a super-responsive and accommodating owner. I appreciated the opportunity to book a partial week.

Nice property, well maintained. Location close to village of Duck was a big plus. I would not call it oceanside unless you consider that it was on the ocean side of Hwy 12.

Anything on the Ocean side of RT12 is referred to as ocean side and those properties on the the sound side of RT 12 are labeled sound side. It can be a bit confusing.

Perfect Location

We were in Duck for a wedding and this property was not only minutes away from the wedding venue, but within walking distance of 'downtown' Duck and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The property is well maintained and clean. The owners were proactive in communication and made check-in and checkout easy. If you are looking to be near the beach and Duck, this is a perfect location.

Perfect location

Clean and functional home. Great location. Pool was wonderful and it was an easy walk to the beach. Close to Duck shops and attractions. Furniture wasn’t very comfortable—very worn. Decks off of townhouse were pleasant for morning coffee. No grill on premises but there was an adequate laundry room.

Most vrbo rentals in the upper OBX were fir larger groups. This townhouse with 2 bedrooms was perfect for 2 friends (tho it can sleep up to 4). Well equipped, comfortable, great access to beach, convenient to restaurants, shops. Loved it. Also price was right, at least for mid-Oct.

Great first trip to Duck

Owners Jerry and Julia were courteous and helpful when we were concerned about hurricane closeby. Got to enjoy a great beach day then had rain/cold weather. We still had a great stay and loved the condo. The town is quaint, cute, and just down the street . I highly recommend Windspinner!

Another great summer at Duck

This was our family’s second year staying here!! The house is clean and great accommodations for our 5 and 2 yr old. This year, it was a pleasant surprise to see the floors in the living room were upgraded to wood floors. And it takes 5 min (or less) to walk to the beach…(the house is on the same side as the beach). Julia and Jerry are also great with their communication. We highly recommend!

We loved the location! The couch was very uncomfortable for sitting and sleeping. And no TV in the secondary bedroom. And no Keurig coffee maker. The place could use a little TLC.

Wonderful stay

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Such a convenient area. You could walk to the stores in a few mins, you can walk right to the pool pretty much in the backyard, you can walk to the beach in less than five minutes. Absolutely clean and wonderful stay. The only downside I would say would be that they need to steam clean the sofa. It is pretty old and beat up. We put a sheet on it. Other than that great place.

Great quiet little one lane complex with tennis courts and pool on site ( make sure to include the code to the gates) The condo was well cared for and there was little to nothing that was not available to us for our use, should we have wanted. The one time I contacted Jerry he was quick to respond and able to answer my question quickly. thanks again and it was a great stay

Great Vacation in Duck!

We had a great vacation at Sea Acres. The unit is a two minute walk to a great beach and a very short distance to the shops and restaurants in Duck. The unit is very clean, comfortable and roomy. We don't cook when we are on vacation, but the kitchen looked fully stocked for anyone who does. I was a little bit apprehensive about renting a townhouse because of potential noise, but the unit was very quiet and the neighbors were all very friendly. There is a pool and 2 tennis courts that were not crowded at all. My son loved fishing in the ocean and the sound by the bait shop. There is a lot to do in the area so no one should be bored! The Owner, Jerry, is great.

Duck Redux

This was my second stay at this property. I cam back because it is comfortable, clean, well cared for, & has very quick & easy access to a beautiful beach. The owners are cordial & responsive.. The town of Duck is attractive, small accessible, & feels relatively safe.
