The apartment is located about 120 meters from the beach. The center of Timmendorfer with its numerous restaurants, boutiques and cafés can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

The maisonette has three rooms with two separate sleeping areas, balcony and kitchen can accommodate 4 guests. The light-flooded living room has a cozy seating area with a large flat-screen TV. The small but fine kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and the adjoining dining area offers space for four guests. You can also reach the sunny and furnished south-east corner balcony from here. A staircase leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom in the basement. The larger bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide), a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers with extra storage space and a flat-screen TV. The second and somewhat smaller bedroom is equipped with a day bed (0.80 wide), which can also be used as a double bed (1.60 wide). The shower room with a toilet and a large corner shower completes this comfortable apartment.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles gut zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung kann man wirklich nur als gehobene Ausstattung beschreiben. Jedoch waren die Matratzen nicht besonders gut. Zudem wäre der Zugang zu einem Staubsauger zu empfehlen. Alles in allem eine Top Unterkunft und ein super Urlaub.

Schöne Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung wie beschrieben, sauber und gemütlich. Vermittlungsagentur sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Defekter Wasserkocher wurde umgehend ausgetauscht. Lage: schnell am Strand👍 Steile, schmale Treppe zum Schlafzimmer im Souterrain, für gehbehinderte und ältere schwierig. Für uns kein Problem
