The sea is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 50 m). From the balcony you can catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea. The center of the fashionable Timmendorfer beach is about 1 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes on the beautiful promenade.

In the living / sleeping area there is a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 wide). The open kitchen is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can reach the south-facing balcony, which invites you to linger and relax. An awning provides shade on hot summer days. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

Entertainment in the evening: 1 flat-screen TV with cable connection in the living room invites to exciting film evenings. Another flat screen TV is in the bedroom. W-Lan access is also part of the entertainment.
