Heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, barbecue grills by the pool, on-site fitness room, and on-site security as well!

When you arrive:
All guests must sign-in with the front office to obtain parking passes and up to 8 bracelets (max occupancy); one for each member of your party that must be worn while on the property.

Parking notes: Parking passes are purchased on-site for up to 2 vehicles. Attendants accept CARDS ONLY. After hours, if there is no attendant, Guests must sign-in & pick-up passes immediately the following morning. Parking Passes are controlled and rates determined by the COA and are subject to change at any time (currently $50 per vehicle for your entire stay). No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.

Family Vacation

We could not have asked for a better place for our family to stay for our vacation. We took out 2 older kids with us and we all had a wonderful time. The condo was so cozy and perfect for us. The beach was beautiful. The location was perfect for food and close to many fun activities. We would stay again.

Awesome Condo with Amazing View

Condo was absolutely beautiful with amazing view. The condo was just as described with everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. The host was very easy to communicate with and left communication open if anything was needed upon arrival. Sitting on the balcony was very relaxing and we also enjoyed breakfast and lunch overlooking the gulf. I will definitely reserve this condo again.

Birthday celebration

We were celebrating our Moms 85th birthday. The condo was great. Had to contact owner once and he was quick friendly and handled everything in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.

Successful First Trip to Orange Beach

Generational family trip. We had a great time. Location was perfect with all the amenities we needed. Grandparents enjoyed master bedroom suite, early morning walks on the beach, and the balcony views. Kids enjoyed convenience of beach access with outdoor shower and water for cleaning up. Grandkids (age 3-7) loved it all. Bunk room perfect for grandkids. The pool was a hit too because it is in the shade for afternoon swims and break from the sun. Very family friendly atmosphere. Never felt overcrowded at condo even over holiday weekend. Everything was exactly as stated and seen in the pictures. Brett was great to answer all my questions in a timely manner prior to the trip. We encountered no problems while we were there. Thank you.

Loved the location, very well stocked with needed items for cooking, bed was comfortable loved washer and dryer was able to keep towels washed up, was t had big has the pictures made it seem but we managed with & there for a few days. Had to buy 4 parking passes during the entire stay for family members leaving and others coming in not interchangeable. Overall great vacation

Annual Beach Vacation

Location and views!

We stayed for a mom trip and enjoyed our week! The hosts were very responsive when we booked and gave us all the info on amenities so we didn’t have to over pack. The Keurig saves you from having to pack coffe and filters, blender and crockpot in the hall closet, and the rest of the kitchen was well stocked. Sunset views are amazing and the boardwalk is VERY short, so quick trip to beach!

Great Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent and the walk to the beach is extremely short. We picked this place so the grandparents could have an easy walk to see the grandchildren. It was perfect for that. They could also watch from the balcony. The owner (Brett) was very nice and helpful. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend.

Orange Beach Vacation

The view from the condo is amazing! Brett, the condo owner, was excellent at communicating and readily available to make sure we had a great experience. This was our first time vacationing in Alabama and first time to have a beachside condo. We enjoyed it thoroughly!!!!

One of the best finds in Orange Beach!

This condo was everything promised and more! The owner is very helpful and instantly accessible, but you won't need him! The condo itself is very clean and beautiful, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone. Access to the beach was great with only a few steps and much closer than other condos in the area. Overall this place rates superior over other condos in the area!

Good condo , nice size balcony . Two bedrooms have no view or opportunity to have window blinds open as faces walkway . Master bedroom has the view .

Great layout, well appointed, breathtaking views

We enjoyed our week very much. Parking is easy with ample space. The condo's layout was great for letting us wake up and enjoy sunrise, while providing quiet bedrooms for teens who prefer to sleep in. The condo decor and furnishings were modern and comfortable. Dining and entertainment options closeby, with endless options just a short drive away. Pool and beach access were steps away. We'll stay again when we return to the gulf area. Thank you!

So very relaxing.

I have a family of five and we really enjoyed the place. It was right on the beach with a gorgeous view. The place was roomy and relaxing. Loved that it was clean and had all the amenities that we needed for a week vacation. Great Kitchen! Great atmosphere. Had a great time. The only thing we wanted different was the size of the pool. Just a tad small for the amount of condos the place had. That being said, we still had a great time at the pool and the beach throughout each day.
