Commanding a premier 7th-floor "penthouse" location in one of the closest 1br columns to the ocean at the entire resort, Konea 746 is among the finest one-bedroom suites on offer at Honua Kai. Enjoy gorgeous Pacific Ocean views as well as views of Maui's neighbor islands Lanai and Molokai.

This unit features a 780 sq ft floor plan, one of the largest at the resort, that includes a spacious bedroom with a KING and QUEEN sized bed. Groups of two can enjoy their own bed or comfortably sleep four. If needed, the sofa in the living room also converts into a queen-size bed to accommodate a party of up to six guests. The living room and bedroom both have flat-screen TVs to catch your favorite show before you drift off. To fully enjoy the warm Hawaiian breeze, fold away the glass doors to allow the relaxing interior to blend seamlessly with the outdoors.

The unit has been recently updated with new flooring, new beds in the master bedroom, a Smart 65” TV, a washer & drier, kitchen appliances, and decor.

We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the well-appointed kitchen. The space is fully equipped with stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite countertops, and we have provided every appliance & utensil to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment…just bring the ingredients. In addition, our commercial grade Vitamix blender lends itself well to preparing creative libations or smoothies with fresh local produce.

Honua Kai occupies 38 pristine beachfront acres on the shores of Kaanapali’s North Beach so you’ll literally be just steps away from the tranquility of Maui’s shoreline. Stroll out to the beach to touch your toes in the soft sand or take a refreshing dip in the Pacific. An “Ohana Play Package,” including beach towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and a portable cooler, is provided complimentary.

Take pleasure in spending your days at the resort’s three acre aquatic playground. With four separate swimming pools, a waterslide, waterfalls, fountains, and 5 hot tubs there will be no shortage of options for you and your loved ones to enjoy.

When it is time for a bite to eat, Honua Kai is home to the popular Duke’s Beach House Restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails. Duke’s specializes in serving up Hawaiian inspired cuisine using locally sourced ingredients and freshly caught seafood. Should you wish to enjoy a refreshment by the water, poolside service is available. For coffee, sandwiches, and sundries, the Aina Gourmet Market is conveniently located in the Hokulani Tower lobby.

If you wish to avoid excessive baggage fees from the airlines, consider packing lighter and utilizing the washer and dryer in the suite.
