Everything you need is here in this newly updated, modern apartment. Located one mile from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Only a 15 minute drive to the West Palm Beach Airport, Downtown West Palm Beach and Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach. Close to Spring Training as well. There are a ton of beautiful beaches, nice parks and world class golf courses in the area. The home is fully stocked with a coffee bar, dishes, linens and cookware.
