The space
Charming keyless entry villa situated steps from the lake in a family friendly community
in Lake Clarke Shores. This stylish 2bed/2bath home has wood laminate floors in the bedrooms & tile floors in living area, coastal décor and upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cooking utensils, toaster, coffee maker and all you’ll need to make a great meal.

The living
room area features tasteful furniture, TV with fire stick(includes Netflix & HULU), pullout Queen sofa and sliding doors which lead
into a sun-shaded patio with views of the serene lake. The home is pet-friendly for a small
dog. Perfect for the traveling couple or small family. The home comfortably sleeps 4-6.

Master Bath: Spacious en suite with two closets(one is walk-in), combination tub/shower.
Guest bathroom conveniently sits next to the 2nd Bedroom. The bathroom has a
combination tub/shower.

THE LIVING ROOM
Beautifully decorated with a coastal theme. Cozy and comfortable living room seats 3-4
with a new queen size sofa pull out for extra guests, TV with fire stick(includes Netflix & HULU), and charming lake views.
There are some complimentary games and cards such as UNO, Scrabble, deck of cards inside the coffee table; there’s a hidden storage. Simply carefully lift it up and enjoy any of the games provided.
THE KITCHEN
Updated Kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, toaster,
2 Coffee makers. All serving and cooking dishes and utensils you need!
THE DINING AREA
The lovely dining area seats 4 - 6. Conveniently located next to the kitchen for easy service. If necessary, there is a leaf in master bed closet to extend the table to seat comfortably seat more guests.
THE PATIO & OUTDOORS
The patio sits off the Living Room with sliding doors between the rooms. There is direct
access to the spacious yard, lake views, and canal for fishing. The patio is flooded with
natural warm Florida light with comfy chairs to sit and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature. Perfect for your furry
friend and/or kids to enjoy.
THE GARAGE/PARKING
Direct access to the
garage from kitchen area for extra storage and access to the washer/dryer. Detergent/fabric softener/dryer sheets are complimentary. Feel free to store your luggage inside and utilize the washer and dryer with all the
detergents you need. There are 2 spaces provided directly in front of the garage and
front door.
Guest access
Guests have keyless access to the entire property with our smart lock.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR
GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Safety is very important, we take great care with our protocol:
-Home is deep cleaned + sanitized with high-grade products in between guests.
-Cleaners are provided with gloves, masks, disinfectants, alcohol, and sanitizer.

We have systems in place for our cleaners that involve the following:
1. To make sure they are wearing new gloves before opening the front door.
2. They wipe down all surfaces and doorknobs with disinfectants.
3. They use new gloves when putting on clean linens.
4. We provide enough paper towel and disinfectant cleaner that guests can also use
while staying in the homes.
5. We make sure guests have hand soaps in every bathroom.
6. Bathrooms are cleaned thoroughly with bleach and anti bacterial products.
7. Indoor trashcans are wiped down with disinfectant wipes/ spray.
