We had the most wonderful 10 day stay! The home was beautifully decorated, so comfortable, and had everything we needed to be able to cook or have a day at the beach. We loved the location too, so close to restaurants and the beautiful beaches. The host was also super communicative with anything that came up during our stay. Very clean and spacious layout despite the smaller square footage. Had everything you might need. We will definitely book this location again when we’re in Venice.If I had to think of anything to improve it even more it would be to extend the check out time to 11:00 a clean or paint the front door for the first impression. The inside of the house was very clean, organized and well decorated.

I had an amazing experience staying here! The place was spotless — super clean and well-maintained, which made it feel like a home away from home. We absolutely loved the location of this house, only about 5 minute walk to Nokomis Beach. House was very well appointed and was super clean. Hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had. Would highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay!

I appreciated how clean the home was and the amenities provided. The only mild criticism is there is a light on the ground right outside the 2nd bedroom window that makes it difficult to sleep until it shuts off.

Awesome Place!!

Family of 5 had a great time staying at this house. Location is perfect. Able to easily walk to restaurants and the beach. Home was well equipped, comfortable, and well maintained. Loved searching for shark teeth on the beach. Can't wait to be back again sometime!

This home is just minutes away from the beach! We love that you can walk there, to some restaurants and get ice cream. Its a quite beach community, safe, and friendly. Welcome to Florida living.

What makes this property unique

The home is newly remodeled, specifically we love the split floor plan that we designed that gives the master-room plenty of privacy from the rest of the home. The outdoor shower is a nice amenity to have when you get back from the beach to wash the excess sand off, and of course having a washer and dryer so you don’t have to return home with loads of laundry is always a plus.
