Perfect for Couples

Wife and I stayed here and we will ABSOLUTELY be coming back! This is perfect for couples or even families with adolescent kids! The view was amazing!! We were secluded with plenty of privacy, but were within a very short drive of anything we wanted to do! Everything was clean and very comfortable!

Excellent for couples getaway

This is a very nice property with beautiful mountain views. It is fantastic for two, but can work out for 4 people (although there would be an issue with the only bathroom being located in the master suite). The property is not a secluded cabin, but on the slopes of a developed mountain. However, there is no problems with privacy because of the cover by trees and walls. The mountains can be seen from everywhere in the cabin; kitchen table, living room area, porch, hot tub on porch, whirlpool in master bedroom, bed in master bedroom, upstairs game room with billiard table. A two sided gas fireplace can be enjoyed from living room as well as the bed. The property was very clean and we had a great time.

Majestic Smokey Mountain sanctuary

We booked a trip last minute to Dollywood and didn’t expect to find great accommodations in the area. But boy were we surprised when we talked through the doors of Alexandria’s beautiful cabin. First, the view. A panoramic vista of the Smokey mountains. What you don’t fully get from looking at the pictures is the double height ceilings on the deck. The unobstructed view is transformative and I will remember that feeling for years to come. Second, the fireplace is cleverly positioned to be viewed by both the living room and the bedroom. It’s a small touch that makes a big impact. we instantly felt at home because of it. Then there is the location itself. You get this feeling of being on a secluded mountain and yet it’s merely 10 minutes from the liveliness of Dollywood and the main Pigeon Forge stripe. The location allowed us to do more with our time and it was a game changer. Lastly, our host Alexandria was an absolute dream. Excellent communication. Check in was a breeze. This home felt like a little secret we stumbled across and we’re quite sure Dolly herself would approve.

Best views in the Smokies? ABSOLUTELY!

This was a fantastic place to stay. Close to the city for groceries and activities, incredibly clean. Check in/out super simple. And absolutely the best views of nature and the mountains. We will return in the future, I promise that! Thank you, Alexandria, for the weekend getaway and memories for a lifetime!
