"NIDO SUL LAGO" - The Lake Relax!

The tastefully furnished apartment is located about 1.5 km above Belgirate, just 5 km from the famous resort of Stresa.

The apartment is located in the upper two floors of the small residential complex 'La Verbanella' with only 4 residential units.
The property is decorated in the typical Ticino style and, thanks to its excellent position, offers fantastic sea and panoramic views over Lake Maggiore.

The 'Nido sul Lago' (nest over the lake) is accessible from the garage by a comfortable staircase of about 40 steps. Through a private entrance gate you have access to the garden, forecourt with barbecue, the main terraces and the apartment.
It feels like a unique villa in a unique location.

The apartment is surrounded by several terraces (all for sole use without access from others), the garden area with barbecue (accessible through the lockable garden gate / sole use) and small green areas, all with a wonderful view.

The apartment is large and equipped with a lot of flair for detail. Thanks to a recent and detailed renovation everything is up to date and in perfect condition.
The rooms are bright, modern, comfortable and well maintained down to the last detail.
All rooms are equipped with high quality parquet floors.
The bathroom with the special double washbasin, toilet, bidet and hydro-massage shower is large and offers a lot of comfort.
Another toilet with sink is located in the stairwell.
In the basement of the apartment is a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and storage facilities.

The romantic master bedroom is located in the 'tower' with a characteristic roof truss. Also from the upper, large terrace can be enjoyed an impressive lake view.
Another bedroom is located on the living floor and has a queen size bed (width 120cm), with a comfortable pull out bed (width 80cm) underneath.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, 3-fold freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, espresso machine (NESPRESSO-CAPSELN- please bring your own) blender, kettle and all necessary kitchen and cooking utensils.

A single garage with electric gate is available exclusively.

After a busy day on Lake Maggiore, retreat to this oasis and enjoy the tranquility, comfort and unique panorama.

Fantastic place with great views in great location

My husband and I stayed for a week, and enjoyed it very much. The condo is equipped with everything, there is nothing you would miss - starting from the umbrella in the rare case of rain, to the adapter you forgot at home. I worked from the condo, and brought an extra screen, and although the apartment was not advertised for it, I could make it work. The host is super responsive and helpful. The airconditioning in the bedroom is great, we slept well. The kitchen and living room can get pretty warm, but this is Europe in the summer! It is in the description, but understand this has a steep staircase and is not appropriate for anyone who has trouble walking, or walking upstairs. Can definitely recommend!

Super Appartement mit allem was man braucht, vor allem eine top ausgestattete Küche. Kontakt mit der GastgeberinYvonne sehr herzlich, immer erreichbar. Der Blick auf den See ist ein Traum. Urlaub im Oktober

Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll und bietet eine wundervolle Aussicht über den See. Die Einrichtung ist wie beschrieben sehr vollständig und man kann sich auch an Regentagen gut beschäftigen, die im Oktober durchaus vorkommen können. In dieser Zeit ist es auch sehr ruhig in Belgirate, daher waren wir dankbar für die Ausflugs- und Einkaufstipps in der Mappe. Darüber hinaus ist die Vermieterin immer ansprechbar für Fragen.

Traumhaft!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der außerordentlich gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Diesbezüglich schließen wir uns alles guten Bewertungen in der Anzeige an. Es war alles (und mehr) vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Super ist auch, dass man bei Bedarf die Möglichkeit hat, umsonst die Waschmaschine zu nutzen. Es gibt auch zwei Wäscheständer, um nach dem Strand alle Handtüchern zum Trocknen aufhängen zu können. Die Terassen sind mega, der Ausblick über den See unbezahlbar! Die Garage war groß genug für unseren Skoda Octavia und die Treppen zur Wohnung sind auch gut zu meistern. Yvonne war bei Fragen jederzeit sofort erreichbar und hat sich zwischendurch erkundigt, ob alles ok ist, vielen Dank auch dafür! Die Info-Mappe ist sehr hilfreich und es steht alles drin, was man im Urlaub so wissen möchte, über den Ort, die Umgebung, Bademöglichkeiten, Supermärkte, Restaurant-Tipps, etc. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Außergewöhnlich ;-)

Außergewöhnlich auf allen Ebenen und das betonen wir deswegen, weil wir noch nie eine so umfangreich ausgestattete FeWo hatten. Es wurde bei der Einrichtung wirklich geschmackvoll an alles gedacht, es gab genug hochwertiges Geschirr und Kochzubehör, sowie viele weitere Utensilien, wie in den Schubladen zu Hause. Die knapp 60 Stufen haben uns nichts ausgemacht und sind mit geraden Zwischenstücken einfach langsam total gut zu gehen. Oben angekommen wird man dann sowieso mit dem grandiosen Aus-und Weitblick belohnt. Die Terrasse ist groß und es gibt an jedem Platz mal Sonne mal Schatten und ausreichend Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das man nichts zu Fuß erreichen konnte fanden wir anfangs schade aber schon schnell empfanden wir es dann als ein Geschenk, so hoch oben, in dieser Ruhe, nach einem langen Tag nur noch abschalten und genießen zu dürfen. Eine Infomappe hilft bei allen Belangen und wir haben viele Empfehlungen dankend angenommen. Toller Kontakt mit Yvonne und Max, wir sagen nochmal DANKE auf allen Ebenen ;-)

Der perfekte Ort

Für meinen Mann und mich war es der perfekte Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber und die Aussicht einfach fantastisch. Wir konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen. Es ist sehr ruhig, man genießt das Vogelgezwitscher und den Duft der Blumen. In der Wohnung ist an alles gedacht und das Infomaterial ließ für uns keine Fragen offen. Sowohl der Empfang als auch der Kontakt waren sehr sympathisch und reibungslos. In Belgirate gibt es einen schönen kleinen Strand, an dem wir täglich im See schwimmen waren. Unsere Wanderungen konnten wir vom Haus aus beginnen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder!

Un vrai nid sur le lac.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement-terrasse très bien équipé et avec une vue superbe sur le lac. Il faut juste savoir qu’il y a 59 marches pour y accéder. Mais l’effort est amplement récompensé par la qualité de la location. C’est un nid douillet sur le lac !

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir können nur positives berichten. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Alles, was man braucht ist vor Ort (Gewürze, Essig, Öl...) und auch Yvonne war zu jeder Zeit über Whats App erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Noch ein Tipp: man muss ca. 60 Treppen vom Stellplatz aus nach oben gehen. Wir hatten unser Gepäck auf viele kleine Taschen verteilt, was auf jeden Fall von Vorteil war.

Eine sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore

Wir hatten die Wohnung für 2 Wochen gemietet und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet. In der Küche hat nicht gefehlt. Neben einer Kaffeemaschine war noch eine Espressomaschine vorhanden. Der kleine Vorgarten mit Grill und die große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Lago war schon sehr beeindruckend und super schön. Bequeme Liegen waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war der Steinweg/Treppe von der Garage bis zur Wohnung. Für Gehbehinderte nicht zu empfehlen, ansonsten aber kein Problem und die Koffer muss man ja nur zweimal bewegen.
