This is in a great location. 1 block to main st, close to everything downtown. Host is super friendly and accommodating. Very responsive to our questions.

Convenient Stay

This property is well situated to town, clean, and with good technology including easy entry lock, wifi and google speakers. The stairs are a bit steep for small children and the house could have been stocked with more modern stove, pots and pans and beach gear, but overall if you are looking for an affordable house very close to town on a quite side street, this is a great spot.

Perfect In town location

We rented this wonderful house for the weekend for a wedding of a dear friend. The property was perfectly located for us as all of our events were in town. The house is spotless, bright and sunny with a great outdoor deck area. We would definitely rent this property again.

Don't think there could be a better location on a quiet street but only 5 minute walk to everything in town. The house is well appointed, comfortable and welcoming. We will love to return to this rental.

The Best Fall Trip

The host was fantastic and very accommodating. The home itself was late 1700's by my best estimate and was immaculate. Visiting Nantucket in late September could not have been more enjoyable. Great weather and no crowds. If you like history, put Nantucket on your must visit list. Cobblestone streets, historic homes, lighthouses, harbor and of course the Whaling museum. Just to mention a few.

Fantastic in-town location

We had a wonderful time on Martins Street. The house was clean and comfortable and very well equipped, especially the kitchen, with new appliances, washer/dryer and chairs and towels for the beach. We will stay here again. Thank you!

Great little house, quiet street

We loved our week in this charming, little house. The house had been recently renovated and was clean and comfortable. The in-town location was excellent, on a very quiet lane (which is narrow). The house is very small, but suited us perfectly as we were at the beaches all day. Very comfortable mattresses and quiet wall AC units in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Jonathan was very responsive and helpful. Loved our stay!
