Conveniently located in the historic District and exclusive Cliff Road area, the house is just 1/4 mile from Steps Beach, Jetties beach, The Oldest House, and the Center of Town.
The house is located close to Something Natural, a local bakery and sandwich shop.
The lovely front porch allows for relaxing while watching the world go by. The large back yard offers both sun as well as two large shade trees. Also provided are a gas grill, tables and chairs for your outdoor dinning pleasure, breezes and ocean air fill the air for your relaxing experience while here.
The house is very comfortable, very clean, well-equipped and nicely furnished as well as being just a short few minutes walk to the center of town.
The house has Central Air Conditioning.
On the First Floor: the Master Bedroom has a King bed and it's own bath, the Queen Bedroom shares the Guest Bath; On the Second Floor: the Full and Twin Bedrooms share a Bath.
There are bike paths and shuttle bus stops nearby.

The house was perfect for our family of 8. The location is great. Close to town and beaches. We had everything we needed and lots of space. The back yard was a great place for the kids to play. The host was most gracious and made check in and check out very easy. I highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to be back! Thank you Aline for everything!

Great location! About a 10 min walk from town. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room in the house for all of us! We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location

This stay has a beautiful back yard and front porch. Location a 10min walk from town was key. The bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our large family. We had a wonderful stay✨

Perfect location

This home is a perfect location - 10 minute walk to town and 10 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and the property manager couldn't have been more helpful. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Downstairs living quarters were great, but upstairs is tight. Home is a bit dated but expected given the price of the rental compared to other new places nearby.

Great house close to town

I really enjoyed my stay here. The front porch and backyard are perfect for morning coffee and post-beach cocktails. The house is a 4 min bike ride into town and a quick walk to steps beach. The owner was very responsive on text during nt stay. I already miss it!

Fabulous home walking distance to town!

We absolutely loved this property and it was perfect for our party of 8. The porch and the dining area were the best parts because we were able to spend time together, enjoying the beautiful weather and also eating home-cooked meals at a large table. Highly recommend and we hope to go back!

Beautiful Home and Great location

Aline was a wonderful host - everything is exactly as pictured and described. She made it easy and fun for us to enjoy Memorial Day Weekend and the races in town. Will 100% try and come back. The separation of the trash is no joke by the way, make sure you do your part!

Perfect for our family get together during Stroll.

Very comfortable home for 3 couples. Wifi did not work well but we didn't come to Nantucket to spend our time on electronics. A bit far from town for the old folks in our group but taxis were very responsive.

We loved staying in this charming house! We could walk or ride bikes to town or beach. Both the owner and the handyman were immediately responsive to any query we had. We loved sitting on the front porch at night people watching. It was fabulous in every way.

Great place for the week!

The house was great and so was the location. 10-15 minute walk into town and a 10 minute walk to Jetties Beach. The front porch ended up being our favorite spot to relax after a day at the beach and the grill in the backyard made staying in for dinner a lot easier. This place was everything and more that we were looking for and will 100% look into renting again next year!

Amazing House - Close to Town!

We had such an excellent time! The house was adorable and was in such a good location. It's only a mile from downtown where the ferry drops you off so it's very easy to get to and is definitely walkable. I rented the house for a girl's weekend and everyone was obsessed with it from the moment we pulled in. The owners, Aline and Charles, were great and answered all of my pre-trip and even post-trip questions very quickly. I hope that we have the opportunity to stay there again either later this year or next!

Perfect for a stay in Nantucket

We had a wonderful time staying here over Memorial Day Weekend. MDW is quite crowded on the island and this home was a perfect getaway from the crowds, while also being conveniently located to town and the beach. The owners are very accommodating and provide you with everything you need to feel right at home. Everything was clean and there is plenty of space for a large group. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
