808 Second Avenue is a charming beach cottage nestled in a quiet mid-beach area. Just a short 3-block walk to the beach, with a crosswalk, to halt traffic. The mid beach is the best location on the Island. The screen porch is the perfect place to relax, eat lunch, enjoy the breezes, play games and unwind. The open floor plan makes it easy to visit with everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, toaster, and coffee maker, plus all cooking utensils. Kitchen bar or table to enjoy meals. The living room is equipped with, streaming tv, and wi-fi. Both bedrooms have twin beds.
