Drei Schlafzimmer für Fünf Personen: Zentral - aber gemütlich und in ruhiger Lage
Gemütliches Ferienhaus in zentraler, sehr ruhiger Lage in Lutzingen, direkt am Radweg "Denkmalweg 1704" gelegen. Familien und Radfahrer sind herzlich willkommen. Unser Ferienhaus ist idealer Startpunkt für Ihre Ausflüge zum Schloss Höchstädt, zur berühmten Augsburger Puppenkiste, zum heiß begehrtem LEGOLAND Deutschland und viele weiteren Freizeiteinrichtungen. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 90 m2 und bietet Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Neben 3 Schlafzimmern, davon 2 Einzelzimmer mit Einzelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett, gibt es auch eine großzügige, gut ausgestattete Küche. Dazu gehörten eine Kaffeemaschine, ein Wasserkocher, eine Mikrowelle, eine Spülmaschine und ein Backofen. Nebenan im Wohnzimmer ein Fernseher (SAT-TV). Zudem besitzt die Wohnung ein Bad mit einem separaten WC. Selbstverständlich bieten wir Ihnen einen Internetzugang in Form eines eigenen WLAN. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
