Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom as well as great a/c to cool off. Boat parking, BBQ grills and pool. This is a quiet and quaint affordable space for a long-term getaway from the snow in winter months. Close to town, shopping, and lake makes this a convenient location to stay while visiting Lake Havasu.
