Die Wohnung "Schmetterling" befindet sich im 2. OG (Dachgeschoss). Sie ist mit 95 qm sehr geräumig. Dazu gehört eine von außen nicht einsehbare Loggia (Dachterasse) mit Gartenmöbeln, Liegestuhl und Trockenmöglichkeiten für ihre Wäsche. Auf Wunsch und gegen Aufpreis kann ein weiteres Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht werden. Die Nichtraucherwohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafräume, Dusche/WC, Küche mit Herd/Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierkombination, und vielem mehr. Die Küche ist zum Wohn-/Essbereich offen. TV & Mini-Disc-Anlage und DVD Player, WLAN sind vorhanden. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Fön & WC-Papier sind auch vorhanden. Ebenso stehen auch Grill und Feuerstelle, sowie eine Waschmaschine und Trockner bereit. Die Wohnung ist komplett und kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Große Kleinkindausstattung vorhanden. Im Kinderzimmer schafft das Stockbett Platz für Kinderträume. Bei einer Belegung mit mehr als vier Personen verliert die Vier-Sterne-Klassifizierung ihre Gültigkeit.
