The apartment consists of a beautiful, sunny room with a personal atmosphere; Hall, kitchen and shower / WC with window. Two apartments next to each other and own parking for 5, - / day are also available.
Excellent central location in the City - West with easy access to all destinations in West and East.

Kleine einfache Fewo in guter Lage

Die Besitzer haben zwei Wohnungen, die unterschiedlich aussehen. Meine sah anders aus als auf dem Bild- u.a. War das Bett in einer Nische. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, allerdings wild zusammen gemischt und nicht schön, der Esstisch ist ein Campingtisch. Wenn man viel unterwegs ist, ist es ok, es lädt allerdings nicht zum zuhause aufhalten ein.

Terrific Little Place

Compact, but offers all amenities you need for an extended stay. I particularly enjoyed the little balcony. Two bus lines are only one block away that take you downtown or to the metro. I will definitely rent this apartment again next time I’m in Berlin.

Enttäuschung

Leider wurden wir vor der Anreise nicht darüber informiert, dass der Aufzug defekt war. Ich bin herzkrank und leide unter Atemnot, die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock. Auch wenn ich kein Geld zurückbekommen hätte, ich wäre nicht angereist. Weiter Mängel in Küche(Spüle für kleine Leute nicht erreichbar, Wasserhahn lose, Kochplatten auf ca. 140 cm Höhe) und Bad, hier war der Abfluss verstopft. Das Bett stand in einer Nische an der Wand, nicht wie abgebildet im Angebot frei am Fenster und von beiden Seiten begehbar. Man konnte wirklich nur von einer Seite ins Bett, nicht mal über das Kopf- oder Fußende. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Schade.
