The Clearwater River Escape is Seeley Lake's newest vacation rental. In a quiet subdivision tucked away along the Clearwater River, the property is a little piece of paradise.
The home is bright and spacious and has been prepared with everything you'll need on vacation. The large kitchen is fully-stocked. Just off the kitchen is a laundry for our guests' convenience while traveling.
The open living and dining area flow together and share views of the Swan Range from the front and the Clearwater River in the back. The peaceful sound of water can be heard from the bedrooms.
The living room includes comfortable furniture, cozy throw blankets and a big-screen, smart TV.
The main floor features a comfortable queen bedroom and a guest bath. The master bedroom is also a queen and has its own ensuite bath and walk-in closet.
Just a few steps downstairs from the living room is additional space. The bunk room has two sets of twin bunks, a TV and movies.
Enjoy eating on the covered patio with Clearwater River views or take a walk down and relax by the river.
Up to two mature dogs (at least 1-year-old) may stay for an additional $25 per night pet fee.
Only a mile off Highway 83 and town, this is the perfect headquarters for your stay. Take advantage of shopping, restaurants and all of the abundant area recreation.

Excellent location for our family summer getaway! This was our first time visiting the Seeley Lake area and the home was a perfect fit. The neighborhood was very peaceful and also close enough to town. We enjoyed hanging out down by the river and sitting in the covered area between the house and garage. Would definitely come back again.

Thank you for your feedback! We have never received this specific request before. We’ll definitely review our cookware inventory to make sure everything is stocked as it should be. The home is supplied with at least one of every type of pan, full cutlery & glassware, & a wide variety of cooking utensils, so we wish we had known more specifically what was missing. We also always provide corkscrews. One is always left out next to the complimentary wine, & we keep a spare in the serving utensil drawer. Next time, please don’t hesitate to reach out during your stay. We would have been more than happy to point you to what you needed or even bring something by if it was missing. That way your review can reflect the true experience we aim to provide. We truly want our guests to feel at home & taken care of.

Great place to vacation!

Had a great time while we were here. Me and two others were snowmobiling in Seeley Lake. Location is close to the city as well as the trail head (but remote enough to be quiet). Very scenic property! Lots of beds and lots of couches.

The layout of the home is very comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed the deck, and deer watching from the dining area. The kitchen is very user friendly. Overall a comfortable and fun time. Suggest a patio umbrella for the deck; note that there is no AC; and warning the path to the river could be difficult, and definitely not handicap accessible.

Just to clarify for future guests, the home does have central air conditioning that cools the entire house, with controls located on the wall in the main hallway. If there’s ever any uncertainty, please don’t hesitate to reach out during your stay. We’re always happy to help right away. We also appreciate your suggestion about a patio umbrella. We’ve had one in the past, but with the mountain winds it would often blow away, so we opted out of it. For shade, we typically recommend relaxing in the covered breezeway, which is perfect on sunny afternoons.

Wonderful family home on the river

We had a family reunion renting two homes in the area. The river access of this home was perfect and while it was just my husband and our dogs staying at the property our nieces and nephews had a blast at the river and playing games on the large front lawn. Deer were daily visitors and it was quiet and serene. Great access to the lake and daily campground use areas, tons of hiking and kayaking in area. Seeley Lake is wonderful to experience Montana at its most beautiful.

Nice home with full kitchen and laundry was perfect for our group of 6. Nice access to the river and lots of games to keep everyone engaged. We had a few epic cornhole tournaments. Very welcoming property and owner.

Friends and family getaway

Our group had a great time, very quiet and peaceful which is just what we were looking for! The house has neighbors (that you’d never guess were there) at the end of the road, still close to everything seeley has to offer! The beds and couches were comfy and has enough room for all of us. You can hear the River from the bedrooms and it’s a short walk down the hill to enjoy it.

Beautiful area to stay

The house was great. Very clean and a beautiful neighborhood. It was close to everything with great views. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't need the one in the basement as there were only 2 adults and 2 schnauzers. The river is just down the hill from the house. We did not walk down as it looked a bit steep and we are older. Great Stay
