Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to meet our hosts. The room had all needed amenities, was right next to monument valley and not too far from Mesa Verde. We would definitely stay again our next drive through.
The casita itself is very clean, cozy, and well appointed. And what a magical setting! We loved sitting on the deck in the evening looking out over the bluffs, and waking up to a beautiful sunrise in the morning.
Super clean, comfy bed, kitchen had all we needed for simple meals. The location is actually good because really everything is walking distance in this little town. Gave 4 stars on location just because being up on a hill, it catches the lights from town and the highway so you don’t get the “dark sky” experience. But I’d stay again. Overall super comfortable little place.

Quiet and in a great location. The place had everything we needed.
Very clean and up-to-date casita. Perfect for our one night stay. Loved the quiet & quaint area. The rock formations around the perimeter of the town are very unique. Also enjoyed our time at Bluff Fort & learning about the pioneers' dangerous trek to Bluff.
This charming guest house was the perfect spot for us! The home is clean, easy to find, and had everything we needed. It's a great location for exploring the region!
We loved staying at this home on the hill, watching the sunrise and sunset against the mountains. The bed was cozy and the space was the perfect size for us. The kitchen was exactly what we needed for our short stay. Extremely grateful for the time we had here!
This little gem was perfect for me and my husband! It was very clean which is definitely our top priority. We have to make/cook our own meals, it had everything we needed. The host was responsive and very nice. The view is beautiful. The price is right. I have nothing bad to say whatsoever! I’ve been all over and it’s hard to find a place to check all the boxes. This place did. The photos don’t do it justice! We would definitely stay again.
Ideal property for access to amazing parks and red rock.
This property was the stepping stone for viewing The Valley of the Gods, Monument Valley, and hiking in Natural Bridges. The property is well maintained, with everything we needed for our short stay. It offers red rock views from the privacy of your location.
Our stay at Casita on the Hill was lovely. The casita was clean, well equipped and inviting. The views were beautiful. The dark nights full of stars were jar dropping.
We stayed in Bluff, Utah for a few days and chose this rental. This was the perfect place for us. It was clean and well maintained. Great location with a view from the edge of the hill, overlooking the Bluff valley. Easy access with private parking. Would stay here again.
Such a cute little place. Everything we needed for our night was provided. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Good communication with the host. Thank you!
this property offers everything you need for cooling off in the desert after a long day on the road or in the back country. Thanks, you made our overnight in Bluff easy.
We would stay at Casita on the Hill again happily. Thoughtful and personal touches that show a great deal of care went into its’ making. Clean and well appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable for our 3 night stay. Spencer was knowledgeable and generous with local information and attentive.
We have only stayed here for one night, but really enjoyed this little cabin. All details were designed with heart. The view is really amazing, everything around the house gives you a cosy feeling. Best restaurant within 40 miles is down the street. Thanks.
This casita was absolutely wonderful for a long weekend. The owners have turned it into a small paradise. It is well designed and beautiful inside. Perfect for a couple to get away for a weekend. Or just to spend some time alone. Close enough to bears ears and four corners to get there without any trouble. And the fact that it is on the top of a bluff is amazing. I will stay there again if im in the area.
This casita was a great place to rest on our way from AZ to WY! Malia anticipated, accommodated, and supplied pads and extra blankets even though we didn't ask. So thoughtful! The space was nicely decorated and clean, plus it was well stocked with everything we needed, even extra toiletries. We appreciated the environmental consciousness of our hosts. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We arrived at the Casita in Bluff just in time to watch the sunset from the deck, From this rental’s intriguing photos, we’d expected the Casita to be more remote than it was. The view from the deck (shared with the owner) in front of the Casita was dominated by the rooftops and backyards of the rustic neighborhood directly below. There are spectacular bluffs behind this home, but these are only visible from the bedroom window. There were many thoughtful and even playful touches to this tiny rental—the bright, tiled mural backsplash behind the kitchen sink and the river stone panel that wrapped around behind the counter and stove were delightful. The bathroom featured a spotless shower and bidet and offered ample, fluffy towels. The queen bed was comfortable but seemed small to us so we also used the sofa bed in the living room space (its mattress was okay) for the one night of our stay. The shades on most of the windows were unique, fun, and effective. Our hosts were thoughtful and communicated well before and after our stay. They have created a charming place to stay in this extraordinary part of Utah.
This property was a small intimate space with a front porch view that went on for miles. The owners live onsite, but were very respectful of our space. We, however, took the time to engage them a bit and they were delightful. The perfect occupants for this space would be a couple, or a couple traveling with one or two children. The home had everything we could possibly need, it was charmingly decorated with so many personal touches. The bedroom bed was luxuriously comfortable. There were bird feeders on the front porch, and their dog Little (but really medium size) came to join us often for snuggles. Out the back door the scenery also didn’t disappoint. Our forays into beautiful scenery were always close at hand. Monument Valley is about an hour away, so plan carefully and notice the time zone changes. This place - for those who care about those kinds of things - was very spiritual. Be sure and check out the Kiva at the top of the hill, just a 5 minute walk out the back door.
