Welcome to your private vacation getaway for two, located on 2.5 secluded acres! With easy access to Sugarbush and Mad River Glen Ski Resorts in the winter, and tons of hiking and mountain biking trails in the summer, you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to outdoor activities. Relax each morning on your private patio facing the woods and then step inside to make some breakfast in the full kitchen before heading out to explore. In the evening, visit one of the area’s many superb restaurants for dinner, then settle in to stream the latest release before bed. Drift off to sleep with one perfect Vermont day behind you and another to come tomorrow.

Please note this is the 1st floor unit and the 2nd floor unit may be rented at the same time.
Streaming services are available with guest accounts.
This home does not have air conditioning.
There is no dishwasher in the kitchen.
Home has a newly installed Water Filtration System.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Vacasa Properties are a HEALTH HAZARD

Vacasa properties in this area are INCREDIBLY DIRTY. I am allergic to mold and dust and had to be treated due to how GROSS their properties are, mind you I am an otherwise healthy 20-something year old. They also leave moldy food in their appliances so hope you don’t want toast. There were rats, likely attracted by the food bits left in EVERY SINGLE PAN/POTDO JOT STAY HERE. Even if they say cleaners will come “again” (they clearly never came once) they are LIARS

Not ideal

TV didnt work the entire duration of our stay, contacted Vacasa several times but nothing was actually done. The walkway to the entrance was just a downhill ice trial. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, my boyfriend ended up sleeping on the equally uncomfortable futon. Place was clean enough, good location. Quick drive to Mary Jane, about 7-8 mins to main base area. Other than that, not great. Definitely would not stay again or recommend to friends or family. Also will steer clear of Vacasa managed properties if I can manage.

Needs work

Location was great overall property needs some work. The water was very minimally smelling almost to the point where you didn't want to take the shower. The shower drain filled up and didn't drain properly so you were standing in dirty water the whole time showering. The kitchen sink drain p-trap was not properly secured and started leaking how to put a bucket under it so not to flood the place out while washing dishes by hand.
