Lakefront Home near N Channel, 40’ Seawall and Parking for 3 Trucks - Trailers

Enjoy the best lakefront living in our relaxing 1200 sq. ft. home with stunning sunsets overlooking beautiful Anchor Bay. Whether you’re waking up to coffee and breakfast on the lakefront patio, visiting the parks and splash pads for the kids or getting out on the lake first thing in the morning, this house has something for the whole family.
10 minutes west - Enjoy downtown New Baltimore where you can visit the city beach, multiple shops and boutiques and grab an ice cream or dinner at one of the many downtown restaurants.
10 minutes to the east - Bring your fishing pole or take a relaxing walk along Algonac’s 1,800 feet of boardwalk. Also browse the charming shops and restaurants.
Located only a quarter mile down the street from our home, you will have access to a DNR launch site if you are bringing a boat. Once you’ve launched, dock your boat (up to 30’) on our 40’ seawall. Our home also offers parking to accommodate up to 3 trucks AND 3 trailers.
The home is located on dead-end island street with low traffic, making it perfect for taking walks to experience the abundant wildlife and get away from the city lights and noise.
To protect our guests and property we are using exterior security cameras with flood lights. These are not monitored. Should there be an emergency contact 911. There are no active cameras indoors.
Exterior camera locations: Front door, back patio facing the back yard, and back of the boat house monitoring the seawall.

This was a perfect location to stay for our needs to visit family in St. Clair and Chesterfield. We enjoyed having a house to make meals and also enjoys a few meals from nearby restaurants. We played corn hole in the great backyard and enjoyed watching the sunsets! The property was clean and the hosts were responsive when we had a question.

Clean and comfortable house...had all we needed. Right on the channel so your boat is right outside just a few min ride to the lake. Great deck outside the house and another on the water. Very nice location and neighborhood.

Awesome Vacation

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation and enjoy fishing this is the place to be. My husband and brother caught a variety of fish (northern pike, catfish, rockbass) and I am looking forward to that fish fry. Shawn was always quick to respond to any and all questions I had and offered referrals to local dining/recreational areas. Sunset is absolutely gorgeous. Looking forward to my next visit.

The smallmouth bass experience

This home has breath taking views of the bay and is very fishermen friendly. It's close to shopping, lauch ramps , and gas stations . The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. The home is everything and more as it's listed. Shawn (host) has taken time to think of all amenities needed to be home away from home. Thank you! He's very accessible and interested in giving you a good vacation!

Channel House

We had a great time. The back yard is a channel that leads to Lake St Clair. We were able to drive our boat from the launch which is right down the road to the house. Spacious house, will definitely be looking to book again.
