Welcome to Posada your holiday home!

The house is located in Posada, a town in northeastern Sardinia in the province of Nuoro, about 40 km from Olbia.

Posada is situated on a fortified hill. Below the famous castle, "Castello della Fava", dating back to the 12th century. Century ago, the old houses, a small town with 8 km beach with its sandbanks and dunes, fine sand and crystal clear sea.

The house is only 1000 meters from the sea and the beach of "Su Tiriarzu" (Guida Blu 2013: "most beautiful beach in Italy") can be reached in 8 minutes on foot (there is a bike path) or by car (2 minutes).

The house is equipped with every comfort: washing machine, fridge, freezer, TV, stove, sofa, water storage and so on.

The cottage offers three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms with bath and toilet, a cozy kitchen.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to the beaches, supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, bakery and so on.

In Posada we also rent other apartments with 2 to 7 beds. Each house is equipped with every comfort and new facility.

Posada ist ein toller Urlaubsort: Nah am Meer, schönes Städtchen. Die Küche der Wohnung ist auch der Aufenthaltsraum, anders als in der Beschreibung angegeben gibt es kein Sofa. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst nett und spricht deutsch. Zu den Mietkosten wurden vor Ort in bar zusätzliche Pauschalen verlangt (15 € pP Handtücher/Bettwäsche und 30 € Endreinigung).

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in Posada, wir wären gerne länger geblieben! super authentischem Haus inmitten des historischen Bergdorfs! Sehr schön und sehr sauber. empfehlenswert, ich komme gerne wieder!
