There is speedy WiFi, a flat-screen TV with free access to Netflix, Disney+, and local channels, and a full-size washer and dryer. You have one parking spot in the carport and one spot in front of the unit. You'll love the historic neighborhood and the patio space too! We trust you'll love your stay and hope you feel at home.

Our familiy has lived in five countries over the last 16 years doing non profit work. We have just returned to the United States and settled in Phoenix. We love to travel, so we have fallen in love with staying in unique properties all over the world and equally love sharing our home with guests coming to us from near and far.

We bought this house because of the location. We love being centrally located and the proximity to Uptown, Encanto Village, and Biltmore.
