Comfortably furnished apartment for 2 people.

The apartment consists of 1 living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a shower room.

At your disposal is a large sun terrace, a lawn, a garden shed and a grill in the garden.

The beds are made and towels are provided in the bathroom.

A small to medium-sized dog can be brought.

If you bring a dog, we ask you to bring bed linen and towels. Otherwise there are no additional costs.
For short overnight stays - 3 or 4 days
we charge a higher rental price.

If you cancel at short notice - up to 5 days before arrival -

we calculate 50% of the total.

Otherwise we keep the 20% deposit.

You can also go cycling, horse riding, surfing, playing tennis, mudflat hiking, swimming in the North Sea or a boat trip on the Kiel Canal and trips to the Halligen in the area.

Von der Buchung über die ausführliche Beschreibung der FeWo und der sauberen, komplett eingerichteten Wohnung war alles perfekt! Unser erster Urlaub an der Nordsee

Wir waren sehr angenehm über die Unterkunft überrascht. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Durch die Lage außerhalb vom Touristenrummel hatten wir in der Nacht keinen Lärm. Die nächst größere Ortschaft war schnell zu erreichen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir Bedanken uns hiermit bei unseren Gastgebern für die Familiäre Aufnahme! Wir 3 (2 Erwachsene und 1 Hund 🐶) hatten einen SUPER 11 tätigen Urlaub ! Die Ferienwohnung ist UR-gemütlich (positiv gemeint), unsere Gastgeber sind in der Zeugnis-Sprache 1+++ , Freundlich und Hilfsbereit - sowas hat man selten, als Gastgeber in der heutigen Zeit! Selbst bei Problemen sind Sie äußerst Hilfsbereit. Dies ist kein Fake-so haben wir Familie T. wirklich erleben dürfen!!! sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Zunächst waren wir wegen der recht einsamen Lage der Wohnung etwas skeptisch, man kann den Deich zu Fuß erreichen, ist aber zum Einkaufen etc. aufs Auto angewiesen. Dann waren wir von der Ausstattung begeistert (von Kosmetiktüchern bis Streichhölzern war alles vorhanden), von der absoluten Sauberkeit und von der Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der Vermieter ebenso. Für die Kinder standen Spielgeräte zur Verfügung, wir könnten den schönen Garten genießen und man hatte rundum das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Vielen Dank!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Die Ferienwohnung war für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Durch ein paar wenige kleine Investitionen wäre sie sogar noch besser gewesen: Die Mücken haben mich regelrecht aufgefressen- deshalb wären Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern (nicht nur im Schlafzimmer) toll. Da man sich selbst versorgen muss, wären ein paar grundlegende Utensilien, bei denen es sich wegen der geringen Menge nicht lohnt sie selber zu kaufen, hilfreich gewesen. Also Öl, Zucker, ein paar Gewürze (Salz war vorhanden) u.s.w. wären toll gewesen. Dass man mit den Nachbarn Glück haben muss ist sicherlich jedem klar. Vielleicht ein kleiner Tipp für alle, die trotz Kleinkindern in der Nachbarschaft ausschlafen wollen: Ohropacks mitzunehmen kann nicht schaden, denn die Wände dort sind dünn und Kinder laut. Ansonsten wie gesagt war alles top, auch die Vermieter waren nett und es gab sogar ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk. Toll!
