Spring Break - College Visit

We were looking for a place to visit a student at UTampa and also get in some beach time. The house was a perfect in-between solution! 30 min to UTampa. Less to Clearwater Beach. The house was lovely. A great fit for our whole group— parents, nephew, aunt and uncle, plus grandma. We especially enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the patio. The house was well appointed. Communication with the owner was prompt and friendly. Big thumbs up!!

Newly renovated home

We were two couples staying in this house. The house was very well designed for two couples as one of the bedrooms was located at the front of the house with their own bathroom & the other two were located at the back of the house with one bathroom. The house was well decorated & very co-ordinated. It was close to Dunedin, Clearwater, Tarpin Springs & Safety Harbour. It had a nice sitting area at the side for 4 people with a table, & two chairs on the front porch. We enjoyed our stay.
