Simply decorated clean and comfortable beach home in good location

The home was clean and comfortable with most of what we needed. It was very simply decorated and clearly a “rental only” with basic landscaping. However for the price it met our needs.

Great family home away from home!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The house was perfect for our family- a few minute drive to the beach and and amenities but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet! We enjoyed the quiet beach at Indian Rocks Beach and the fun nightlife in Clearwater! We enjoyed the backyard area and ate dinner under lovely lights by the pool. An old style arcade game was such a treat to play. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for us all to eat and socialize. Easy check in and host responded to any questions within an hour. We had a wonderful time and would book this home again for future stays!!

Spring Break with Family

The house is in a fairly convenient location to Indian Rocks beach - only about an 8 minute car ride down to the gulf. House is large and the rooms are big. The back yard has a small but nice pool to relax in. House has been updated and overall has everything a family should need for a beach vacation. The neighborhood is a very quiet residential so this is not a party house which is a good thing if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing family vacation, which we were.

Needs a deep clean, but a great getaway spot!

Great neighborhood with friendly neighbors and great space for us! Only negatives was that towels and pull out couch were dirty and had stains upon arrival.
