Langes WoEnde in Horumersiel

Habe den Aufenthalt im Kibitznest sehr genossen. Klein, aber fein und für mich genau richtig. Alles vorhanden, was man bräuchte, es war an alles gedacht (von Klopapier über Spülmittel bis hin zu Pfeffer und Salz). Auch der telefonische Kontakt war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziges Manko war die Aussicht vom Balkon, aber dafür war man sehr schnell am Strand. Auch der Edeka war sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen erreichen. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Total schön, leider hellhörig

Schöne kleine Wohnung in guter Lage. Nichts für empfindiche Ohren - sowohl die Mutter-Kind-Klinik nebenan als auch die Bewohner der Nachbarwohnungen sind sehr deutlich hörbar. Mit verbesserter Schalldämmung wäre alles ein Genuss.

Schöne Wohnung mit Lage- und Sauberkeitsdefizit

Uns begrüßte ein Schlüsseltresor voller Spinnweben. Die Wohnung war nicht dreckig, aber gründliche Reinigung sieht anders aus. Dusche und Waschbecken wiesen so viele Wasserflecken und Staub auf, dass wir erst einmal sauber gemacht haben. Positiv: Bei Problemen mit der Sauberkeit kann man kostenfrei eine Nachreinigung anfordern, wir haben das selbst erledigt und Sauberkeit sollte der Normalzustand sein. Die Lage ist sehr Zentrumsnahe und zum Wasser sind es weniger als 5 Gehminuten. Gegenüber dem großen, aber nicht sonderlich schönen, Balkon befindet sich die Mutter-Kind-Klinik. Entsprechend hoch ist hier gelegentlich der Geräuschpegel durch spielende Kinder Essensgerüche vom leckeren Chinaimbiss nebenan sind nur draußen störend. Durchgelegene Matratzen störten uns persönlich viel mehr. Leider ist das Kiebitznest nur zweckmäßig, modern, aber nicht liebevoll eingerichtet. Für Selbstversorger: es ist nur das Allernötigste da. Zusammenfassend: Schlüsselübergabe problemlos, Sauberkeit nicht gut, Einrichtung: zweckmässig. Lage: top, wenn man sich wenig im Haus aufhält. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und die Wohnung war Preis/Leistungsmäßig ok, bei der Fülle an wirklich guten Ferienwohnungen mit umfassender Ausstattung für Selbstversorger und bequemen Sofas und Betten würden wir das nächste Mal jedoch eine andere Wohnung wählen.
