Come in on the private terrace! Feel well on a total of 95 m². The combination of traditional and modern elements gives this apartment - on the ground floor of a two-family house - a very special charm.

With a large, bright living room, a separate bedroom, friendly kitchen with a sky blue dining area and the cozy fireplace, reading, game room ...

Ideal for two adults or a family with up to three (small) children. Baby cot u. High chair are available.

The bathroom is behind the bedroom. The set floor plan helps to orient.

Warm and cozy in the fall and winter with woodburning stove, in summer with a sunny terrace to stay and relax. So, everything perfect for a "nice break in Spay".

The historic village Spay is located in the romantic Middle Rhine Valley, only 12 km south of Koblenz, so right in the heart of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley.

The region is a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its many castles and castles and its exceptional natural environment.

From the centrally located apartment you can reach the banks of the Rhine, beautiful hiking trails, bicycle paths and public transport within a few minutes.

The train station is also within walking distance in about 3 minutes, from where you take the Mittelrheinbahn through the whole world heritage. (Free with the ÖPNV guest ticket)

The railway belongs to the Middle Rhine Valley - just like the legendary Loreley and the steep vineyards. Our apartment is located (as so many other apartments in the Middle Rhine Valley) in the immediate vicinity of the train. It is expected to train noise.

If you like the romantic landscape, father Rhine, the great destinations and our beautiful apartment despite railway noise, we look forward to seeing you !!!

The view is worth mentioning!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on the Rhine! After having issues with another VRBO booking, the hosts graciously accepted us last minute, and we were blown away by the immaculate cleanliness, stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, and cozy touches like a fireplace and bath soaks. The landscaping and view of the UNESCO World Heritage Rhine Gorge were breathtaking. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Mr. and Mrs. Volk were friendly and helpful. During our stay, the hosts efficiently &promptly addressed a brief security concern of mine, ensuring a secure and relaxing environment for us, &that the minor incident didn't impact our enjoyment of the beautiful home and its exceptional features. Overall, an absolutely clean, comfortable, and unforgettable stay! 5 stars and highly recommended!

Komfortable Ferienwohnung mit vielfältigen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Die geräumige Ferienwohnung ist sehr komfortabel und super ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Nahe Ausflugsziele gibt es mit Wanderungen in den Weinbergen, Fahrradtouren entlang des Rheins und Stadtbummel in Koblenz. Mit dem kostenlosen VRM-Gästeticket inklusive Fahrradmitnahme erweitert sich der Radius per Bus und Bahn bis Remagen, Cochem, Limburg und Oberwesel, ohne sich ins Auto setzen zu müssen. Ganz herzlichen Dank an die sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberfamilie.

Sehr schöne FeWo mit allem Komfort

Eine super Wohnung mit sofortigem Wohlfühleffekt. Komplett und modern eingerichtet. Schöne Sonnenterasse. Und zu allem Überfluss finden Sie hier auch sehr nette Vermieter vor. In jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert. Immer wieder gerne. Von uns 5 Sterne plus.
