As of 01. April 2017, we have a guest ticket for the entire group Rhine / Lahn / Mosel.

The accommodation

The apartment is in. 2 Upstairs and has 76 square meters, up to 4 people can spend their holidays here (67 square meters for 2 people).

It offers a spacious daylight bathroom, a dining kitchen equipped with ceramic hob and oven (as well as kettle, toaster and coffee maker), a pantry, 2 double bedrooms for 4 people (1 double bedroom for 2 persons), a games and reading room with a selection of books and Play and a living room with 32`` TV and stereo.

You have an unobstructed view of the Rhine.

Access for guests

Gladly the garden can also be used in front of the house, here a bench or a table along with 4 teak chairs for you is ready.

In bad weather, you are able to share the game room in the basement, here you will find a table football, a air hockey and a pool table.

Bicycles can be parked in the basement.

Wonderful Ferienwohnung Near Koblenz

We had a very nice stay here for 3 nights. The upper floor is spacious and clean. We enjoyed cooking a few meals there instead of eating out on a regular basis. With the fully equipped kitchen, it was easy to prepare and eat meals. Guest passes for the regional trains and buses in the area are included. This will largely eliminate transportation costs in the area. Trains stop in Spay roughly every hour, including weekends. We will gladly stay here again in the future if we come through Koblenz in the future.

Wir haben uns recht wohl gefühlt, waren viel mit unseren Fahrrädern und auch mit Bus und Bahn unterwegs, die wir mit dem Gästeticket kostenlos nutzen konnten. Es war ein schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Wochenende am Rhein

Wir waren zu einer Hochzeit in der Nähe eingeladen und haben eine Unterkunft für diese Zeit gesucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Und auch wenn wir Hochwasser hatten, wir konnten schön am Rhein wandern. Die Umgebung bietet einen kleinen Laden, der alles führte was wir gebraucht haben. Die Verbindung nach Koblenz ist exzellent, der Bahnhof nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und der RB26 fährt 10min bis Koblenz. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gern wieder.

Het inchecken verliep moeizaam weinig uitleg over de gastenkaart voor het ov. werd alleen de kamers gewezen en de dure buurtsuper met niet echt alles en voor verse eieren kan je aan de overkant bij de buren kopen. Helaas moest ik zelf kijken waar de biljart en tafelvoetbal stonden maar konden die niet gebruiken helaas. verder is er in de omgeving veel te ontdekken van kastelen en het rijnhart. alleen weinig restaurants in Spay die open waren

Urlaub 2021

Wir haben 1 Woche Urlaub am Rhein genossen. Haben uns viele touristische Attraktionen angeschaut u. a. Die Loreley, eine Schifffahrt auf dem Rhein und vieles andere auch. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wie in der Annonce beschrieben. Ein kleines Manko gibt es: das WLAN ist manchmal sehr schwach. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder diese Ferienwohnung anmieten. PS.: Falls es für Urlauber notwendig sein sollte, der ansässige Zahnarzt testet ab 8 Uhr auf Corona.

Wir haben uns bei der Familie Heil sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad ist neu renoviert. Es liegt viel Informationsmaterial parat, das Kinderzimmer hatte tolle Spielsachen für unseren Kleinen. Zwei Minipunkte als Anregung: der Wlan-Empfang könnte besser sein, das Bett quietscht bei jedem Umdrehen (zumindest beim Gewicht von 83Kg)

Ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub ...

Ich durfte diese schöne Wohnung für ein paar Tage mit meinen Kindern nutzen. Toll und modern eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man für schöne Urlaubstage benötigt. Netter unkomplizierter Kontakt mit den Vermietern, die wir sonst eigentlich gar nicht gesehen haben, außer zur kurzen persönliche Einweisung und Verabschiedung. Alles andere per Mail, WhatsApp und Telefon. Nur der Rauchmelder im Wohnzimmer hat gepiept ... aber da wird eine neue Batterie drin sein, wenn die Wohnung wieder gebucht wird. Wir haben nach der Ursache gesucht und ich hatte zunächst meine Kinder und deren Technik im Verdacht *lach* Tolle Wohnung in einer wunderschönen Umgebung, sehr empfehlenswert ... ich würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen ...

goede verhouding prijs-kwaliteit

- aardige verhuurder - ruim apartement - prima bedden en keuken - rustige, mooie omgeving - nieuwe badkamer - goede verhouding prijs-kwaliteit - wel erg verschillende stijlen kamers/hal (paint-over doet wonderen :) )
