Welcome to our Guest Suite which is located on a completely fenced in 1/2 acre flag lot set off the street. Very private and quiet, yet only a 7 minute drive from the Old Mill District and a 10 min drive from downtown Bend where you will find great local restaurants, food trucks, shops, and the Deschutes River. We are walking distance from Bend Golf and Country Club, the outlet mall, and grocery stores. We are 5-10 minute drives from great biking, hiking, paddleboarding and running trails. 30 minutes to Mount Bachelor to ski! The space is a 550 sq. ft room w/ a 60" smart TV, leather sectional, full bath, and a kitchenette. Kitchenette has all the basics including fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kettle and drinking glasses. The Guest Suite has it's own private entrance. You will have the property to yourself! Bedroom has queen bed with brand new Novaform mattress. Free Wifi, and Netflix included. Plenty of parking on site, including space for boats or trailers.

Nice Place..

Just a dirty sock and smoke alarm beeping. Towels had a weird smell but I may have used the decorative ones..;) Def a nice place good location …

Solid!

Everything was as advertised, great place for a solo traveler. Good location! The A/C in the bedroom worked fine, however second a/c unit in the living room would have been fantastic.
