Visiting Family

We really enjoyed out stay in Pacific Beach. This location is wonderful. It is in a very quiet neighborhood super close to the Bay and walkable distance to the Ocean. We really enjoyed the Beach Cruisers taking our daily ride around the bay. The space was more than enough for 2 people and very clean. The patio is wonderful but hard to use in November due to lack of sun and temperature. The property managers were very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and will look to stay here again when we return.

When we arrived, the VRBO had a mold/mildew smell. It was awful. We notified them and it was not taken care of. It was obvious that no one had been there in a while and the property owner was not interested in making sure we were happy. We stayed from Sun-Sat. We were fortunate to have our son live nearby and we stayed at his apt the majority of the time we were there. My recommendation for anyone looking for a VRBO, do not stay at this one.

We did send our assistant to the unit to remedy the situation with a professional odor purifying machine the following morning while you were out. We did let you know that it was done. We do care very much about your experience and we believe future guests will not be affected.

The location was even more ideal than expected!! The owners were available and willing to help with whatever we needed. We had a lovely visit.
