The bright bathroom with shower / WC is equipped with underfloor heating and washing machine. We offer a toilet increase if necessary for free, as are grab bars in the shower. The spacious living room also has underfloor heating and the large dining table offers plenty of space for cozy cooking and games evenings. The accesses via the terrace and in the apartment are barrier-free and are suitable for seniors and guests with mobility problems. Terrace and garden with carport and the garden hut for brought sports equipment are at your sole disposal.
