Residence "Les Aiguilles du Midi", 3 storeys. Outside the resort, 1 km from the centre of St Gervais, 6.6 km from the skiing area. In the complex: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Grocery, restaurant, bakery 900 m, bus stop "Le Chateau" 150 m, railway station "Saint Gervais les Bains le Fayet" 6.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 6.8 km. Tennis 1.9 km, minigolf 1.9 km, skisport facilities 1 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ice rink 1.2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Attention danger

Appartement conforme à la description. Un point important : l'eau chaude des robinets est brulante, suffisamment pour faire infuser le thé (70 ou 80 °) Quand vous êtes sous la douche et que qqn tire de l'eau froide dans la cuisine, il ne reste que l'eau chaude et c'est la brulure assurée. J'ai testé pour vous sur le mollet. je n'ose pas imaginer les dégâts si j'avais eu le pommeau de douche sur la tète ou le corps! (et les consequences judiciaires) Il vaut mieux prévenir que guérir

Un peu loin de pistes sans voiture

J 'ai loué cette appartement en raison de sa proximité avec les pistes et les remontées mécaniques qui étaient indiquées à 150 m, en fait, il manquait un zéro dans l'annonce, c'était à 1500m, il faut donc une voiture, c'est le seul bemol mais qui reste quand même majeur (très peu de navette une à 9:00 et une à midi ) La vue est magnifique, la résidence calme, l'appartement est assez petit mais fonctionnel et propre, cela manque un peu de rangement et la vaiselle serait à changer
