Welcome to our beach house! This spacious three bedroom/3 bathroom house awaits your arrival! Located in a quiet, gated community, this house features a master suite on the second level, a second bedroom with twin beds, a common area with sleeper sofa and a third bedroom and bathroom on the lower lever. The open concept living/dining/kitchen is perfect for family gatherings.
Situated on the south side of the circle with a bird's nest on the third level, you can see for miles on a clear day! A nice place to relax after a long day at the beach!
La Valencia offers its own gated private beach access and a beachfront pool exclusive to La Valencia guests. Beach access and pool are less than a 5-minute walk from the home.
NO MORE FUMBLING WITH KEY CARDS THAT DON'T WORK OR KEEPING UP WITH A KEY!
* No more worries about getting a key 'after hours'
* No more fear that someone has kept a key and could enter your condo during your stay
