1.) The location of our house is perfect! At the very west end of PCB, you are a short drive to Pier Park or 30A! Best of both areas!

2.) The set up of the house is great for multiple families. A king bedroom on the main floor, plus 2 other king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room in the game room area. Perfect for 2 families or 1 large extended family staying together.

3.) The deeded beach access is also where the beach side pool is located. It is perfect for those with kiddos that want the pool, but the parents want the beach! There are also bathrooms by the pool so no need to go back to the house.

☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS☆☆

Our beach house was designed with families in mind! Plenty of space and room for everyone to enjoy their vacation! There are two king suites with en-suite bathrooms, one being located on the main floor. The 3rd King bedroom and twin over full bunkbed is located on the 2nd floor. A cute queen bedroom is on the top floor. There are 2 flights of stairs to go up to the queen bedroom. It does not have a door but still very private.

No need to worry about storage - all bedrooms come equipped with a large closet, dresser or chest of drawers, a ceiling fan, & floor fan for your use. Each bathroom is well-appointed with a hairdryer, fluffy towels, either a stand-up walk-in shower or tub/shower combo, rugs, plenty of lighting, electrical outlets, and storage.

Each bedroom boasts a large wall-mounted smart TV. Don’t forget to bring all your login information for a personalized entertainment experience!
A desk and chair are provided in one of the King bedrooms. They can be easily relocated to a different room if needed for your convenience.
All bathrooms have toilet paper, hand soap, & bar soap. Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and black face wash clothes are also provided for each bathroom.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM☆☆

The heart of our house is the large open concept area on the main living floor, where the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room come together.

The kitchen is an inviting space, equipped with stainless-steel appliances, crock pot, blender, toaster, 12 cup drip coffee maker, spice rack, a ceiling fan, and plenty of cookware & dishes. We even have special children’s dishes! The fridge features an ice maker and water dispenser, just like at home.

Gather around the long dining room table, ensuring everyone has a spot for a fantastic family meal. Feel free to take a plate out to the balcony where another table & chairs are available for your family’s use.

The comfy living room offers a great place to gather after a long day at the beach. Relax in the evening with the 65” wall mounted smart tv on one of the two comfy reclining couches. Plenty of family games and cards are available for your family’s fun night. For added convenience, a large capacity washer & dryer are available for your stay.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

The outdoor space here is phenomenal. Located inside a gated community, enjoy nice walks around the resort during the mornings or evenings. My favorite spot is at the beach side pool with my morning coffee, which I highly recommend. The back patio holds a great grill and the beach storage closet with all the needed beach gear for your use. The pool is not heated.

The parking area in front will hold 2 small vehicles with an overflow area by the clubhouse. We are allowed 3 vehicles in the gated community.

Rest assured; our beach house is meticulously maintained. We have a personal cleaning service and manage the house ourselves to ensure our guests are taken care of. You will have 24/7 access to us once you book your vacation. If the pullout queen sofa is needed, let us know, and bedding will be left for its use.

This is a stand-alone house with an A & B side. When it was built, they built it with cinder blocks between the 2 sides for sound insulation. The house is less than a 2-minute walk to pool and beach!
