Guests can also enjoy the full bathroom with a walk-in shower, ensuring everyone has the space and amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The open-concept kitchen is designed for your comfort, offering clear views of the ocean and easy conversations with those relaxing in the living room or watching TV. You will have private access to the entire condo for the duration of your stay, including HOA amenities:

★Elevator Note★
Please note that the south elevator will be under construction beginning August 15. During this time, only the north elevator will be available for use. We appreciate your patience and understanding as these improvements are completed.


★IMPORTANT★
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 one time fee, for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
