I typically only review services that I find to be exceptional, and I try to be judicious when offering negative feedback. However, our recent stay at this property was disappointing at best. While the communication leading up to and during our visit was prompt and courteous, several factors made our stay uncomfortable.The primary issues were photo misrepresentation, lack of cleanliness, and a pest infestation. Upon waking up after our first night, we discovered a large pile of frass (insect waste) under a pillow in the second bedroom. Additionally, while the bathrooms and dishes were acceptable, there were crumbs, dirt, and stains on the floors and walls throughout the property.My two companions and I were in town for our 35th high school reunion and chose to stay for the duration of our two-night booking, but we were relieved that we had not traveled with our partners. We felt consistently uncomfortable and were eager to check out. Given the price point, there are much better offerings available in superior Tampa neighborhoods.I hope you find this feedback constructive as you consider this and other properties in the Tampa Bay area

Quiet and Relaxing Stay

Overall the house was nice and clean. We was unable to watch TV the batteries were either dead or was working properly. We didn’t bother to watch TV we left everything as is. Pricing was affordable. I like it I would recommend and would definitely do business with the owner again..

Honest review

William, the host, was amazing in terms of communication and very helpful, as well as patient. However, be warned the property is in a bad area and I didn’t know this when we rented the place. There was also a few broken things and dirty areas but other than that it was a beautiful home. Thank you so much William!

Hi Abeer, we appreciate your feedback. My only concern is that you did not say even a single word about the neighborhood and cleanliness when you were there. We were told about the washer but it seems like you were not able to close the cover of the washer and you said it is broken when it was not.

Not what we expected

I will just say the pics on listing are probably old and were staged for the listing. In the future use clean white towels for your guests not colored non matching towels from who knows where. Not a good look and check sheets for stains. If after washing and stains remain replace sheets. Overall Tampa is a great place to visit.
