Spend your days and evenings looking at the most spectacular view in Maui. This condo will not disappoint. It's clean, fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Kihei offers fun or fine dining, beach access and shops, all of which are within walking distance or a short car ride away. The 805 general store is just across the parking lot in case you need any last minute provisions! We want to thank the owners who were responsive to our questions before and during our stay.

Beautiful location and incredible grounds. Kitchen had everything we needed to do some cooking.Opening the lanai door and the louvers in the bedroom provided the perfect breeze to keep cool. Thanks for a great stay.

The ocean front view was great. Even though the unit was somewhat small, it was plenty big for the 2 of us. We were there in August when hurricane Lala happened to visit. We did not get any stormy weather, but it was overcast and humid. Previous reviews mention that there is no AC. The bedroom had a ceiling fan and a floor fan, and we slept comfortably with both fans going. The living room just had a ceiling fan. An oscillating fan in the living room might have helped just a bit. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful views, and perfect location

Have to say, I love the views from this property. The well cared for lawn was amazing, and the close beach was great. The snorkeling so close was one of my favorite parts of the vacation. I will definitely enjoy staying here again!

Nice place. Pool and front lawn were nice and amazing views. I wish we had more space (hard to find space to even put out our luggage) and I didn’t realize there was no AC. That said, the overall space for a VRBO (vs. a hotel resort) was nice.

Maui stay

This is the most perfect place for a Maui stay. The views and property are exactly as pictured. The hosts are very responsive and tentative of making sure we were taken care of. It’s in the perfect location for everything you need. It’s close to all shops and grocery stores. I would stay here and recommended others to stay at 407!
