Comfortable cozy, newly renovated single family ranch home, sleeps four. Close to shopping, Mashpee Commons, beaches, great restaurants, Santuit Pond, golf, and other Cape Cod attractions.
Our home is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Two bedrooms, (one queen bed in each bedroom)one full bath, living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy our lovely fenced in yard with flower gardens and a fire pit. Guests have full use of the main home. The walkout basement apartment is occupied year round by a quiet family . Shared spaces include the yard and parking. Guests have room to park two vehicles. Linens and towels included.

Perfect Location

We booked this rental for a family reunion 7 minutes away and it couldn’t have worked out more perfectly. Beautifully renovated. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was great for prepping food for the reunion. Juan the host was very attentive and kind. We highly recommend this property.

Cape Cod experience

This was my first time in Cape Cod. The central location of the house allowed me to explore many different towns. It was a 20 drive to multiple beaches, towns, and attractions. The house was nice and cozy and perfect for 2-4 people. The owners stayed in touch with us to ensure we did not have any issues.

House was nice and clean, super hot though air conditioning was inefficient for the size of the home, and running the AC’s along with other appliances like the living room tv. Kept blowing the electricity breakers over and over again. The entire home was rented yet a strange car appeared in the driveway and remained for our stay. The ladies were a bit uncomfortable and felt like someone may have been staying below us. I didn’t call or investigate

Misleading listing

The property was spotless and very nice, however it was not a stand alone house. Someone is living in the basement of the property. You share a driveway with them, there is only a hallway door separating the two spaces. And even the plumbing is connected, every time they flush the toilet downstairs, it flushes upstairs. It was not disclosed in the listing that this was a shared space, and I was very uncomfortable having my daughter sleep alone knowing someone could just walk right upstairs any time they pleased, we ended up sharing a sleeping space with her which wasn’t happy sleeping for anyone!

Centrally located to shopping centers, great restaurants, and towns along the Cape. We explored 2 days during our visit. House is easy to find and located in a quiet neighborhood.

We chose to stay in Mashpee to be near a recently widowed friend in East Sandwich, which it was. Otherwise it is not near much that is vacation-like, although there were some nice hiking trails not too far away.

Very nice stay in Mashpee Mass.

Very clean and nicely decorated house. The Air conditioners in both bedrooms were an added plus on this very hot weekend. Owner checked in with us to see how things were going and if we needed anything. Would highly recommend this place.
