Scam

They rented me 3 rooms , gave me the key to one. I’m still waiting for my refund over a week later. They even use another party for the booking so it’s very confusing on purpose. The space itself is more of a hostel than a hotel, no roof top, no backyard, barely anything in the room besides the bed.
