Location! This recently renovated (2022) duplex unit is located just minutes from CHS airport, I-526 & I-26 and North Charleston Coliseum & PAC. This central location makes Madrona's Cottage a great hub exploring all that Charleston has to offer. The quick and easy freeway access gets you into downtown Charleston or over to Mt Pleasant in about 20 minutes. West Ashley is a short 10 minute drive. (pin on the map is a few miles off, Google won't correct it)

The large, fully fenced backyard provides plenty of space for your four-legged companions. Pet food dishes and waste bags provided. Any size pup welcome, cats subject to owner approval. *Please note, the $50 pet fee will be charged separately after booking, it is not included in quote*

Inside you'll find a clean, comfortable space to relax and unwind. The home is well equipped with everything you need to start your vacation upon arrival. The kitchen comes fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. Amenities include Keurig, blender, toaster, pots and pans, bakeware, cooking oil and spices, and more.

There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The spacious master bedroom has a half bath attached and a walk-in closet to make it easy to settle in for longer stays. The living room sofa also folds down into a twin size bed.

Other amenities- Desk/workspace, reliable high speed internet, washer/dryer, laundry soap, dryer sheets, iron/board, luggage racks, laundry baskets, board games, puzzles, USB charging ports, TV with Peacock streaming (or log into your own streaming service), shampoo/conditioner and soaps, hair dryer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, BBQ.. If you have any amenity requests, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Available upon request- dog crate, pack-n-play, high chair.

-While the home is located in a desirable neighborhood and convenient to many area attractions, it does back up to a main road. The back bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with light and noise reduction curtains.

Great location to Charleston Airport

Host was awesome, one of the best we've had. Very responsive to all questions, even allowed us to check-in early. Property had everything we needed for the week and the beds were very comfortable. Great location for airport, Joint Base Charleston, and Tanger Outlets. Very nice neighborhood. Would recommend this property.

The property was extremely clean with updated interior and stylish decor.

Rosi was very helpful and responsive to any inquiries I had. She provided all the essentials to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The fenced yard was great for our pups as well. I would definitely stay again!

Clean and stocked with all the necessities if you happen to forget. Host was great and quick to respond with any questions. Plan on coming back to the area and hope to stay here again.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Worked out well with our dog. Only drawback was backing up to a major road so it was a bit noisy for hanging in the backyard. A few neighboring houses were vacant, but it appears they are getting refurbished. Overall great for a few nights stay.

Gem in North Charleston

This rental was exceptionally clean. Especially for a property that allows dogs. Which was a godsend for us because we have two! Check-in and out processes were amazingly seamless and the unit itself was extremely convenient for us to get to any and everything we needed for a week long stay. I know people can have reservations about North Charleston but we felt extremely safe and comfortable at this rental. We would absolutely stay again anytime we're in Charleston. Thank you so much for a really comfortable week away from home!!
