Cosy, simple apartment block "Kesselboden", 3 storeys, surrounded by trees and meadows. 450 m from the centre, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: beautiful garden to relax. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house. Grocery 450 m, restaurant 250 m, bakery, café 450 m, bus stop "Bahnhof" 350 m, railway station "Grünau im Almtal" 350 m. Riding stable 1 km, gondola lift 4 km, slopes 4 km, ski rental 4 km, ski bus stop 250 m. Nearby attractions: Wildpark Grünau 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Familienskigebiet Kasberg 4.5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Almsee 13 km, Traunsee 20 km, Attersee 38 km. Hiking paths: Zwillingskogel 500 m, Zuckerhut 1 km, Farrenau 3 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. Groups of teenagers on request only. Fishing [permit required]. Ski bus (free of charge). property. This change means that all doors and walls have now been
freshly painted, the beds have been changed and the area for waste
