Villa Mariposa is a cozy beach house retreat where you will spend your days and nights in total relaxation mode…Watch a sunrise at the beach or catch the sunset at the corner beachside Tiki Hut restaurant "Nova" - Spanish for "not moving" which you will understand once you are seated enjoying the delicious local dishes and cold beverages.

This beautiful fully renovated corner Spanish Style Villa has been completely remodeled as soon as you walk in you will feel right at home, with charming comfortable seating areas and a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances I'm even including coffee and filter and some spices for those who may want to cook a few meals at home. The three bedrooms have AC and feature luxury firm mattresses for a great night sleep.

Punta Cana villa

The villa was perfect - full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathrooms and multiple areas to sit and relax. A patio in the back that’s covered and the front patio were perfect for hanging out. The villa was well stocked with all necessities! We rented a car and there was a gated driveway for our vehicle. The beach was a short 0.65 mile walk and had restaurants and shops nearby. The neighborhood has secured access and security patrolling the area. The owners and property managers were excellent. They were very responsive to any questions and very helpful to guide us for activities and where to get nearby groceries, etc. I highly recommend this fantastic villa!

to snorkeling we are happy at the beach except when football season starts!
Then its all about the "U"

Why they chose this property

Punta Cana/Bavaro had us at Hello!! It was love at first sight when our kids were very young we would travel there often on family getaways always including grandparents. Then on one of those trips we decided to venture out from the all-inclusive hotel we were staying at and we saw a really cute block and came across a "Se Vende" /For Sale sign and the adventure began - We purchased the corner house (which needed some love) across the street from a then little hotel but most important was that it was by the most incredible beach in the world.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this very unique and special place Villa Mariposa over 15 years ago, and WOW how this place has blossomed over the years. The charming block is now part a gated community and remember that little hotel across the street? Well now its one of the most beautiful hotels in Punta Cana called The Hotel Lopesans - we even have a little supermarket with anything you may need as well as great restaurants movie theaters and natural attractions in all directions all within 15-20 minutes....Truly blessed to have this and would love to share this piece of paradise with other families to find joy here as well.
