in nature and welcomes all who value peace and a tranquil, quiet getaway. This 1600 sq ft house gets tons of natural light, sits on two acres of land and is home to a variety of wildlife.

This is a great indoor, outdoor home in a rural space that has been elegantly designed for families, creatives, entrepreneurs, weekend warriors and events. Our goal for everyone who comes here is to have a chance to unwind, slow down and enjoy all the benefits of rural living so you can return to your busy schedules fully recharged. If you have ideas for an industry event, dinner parties, backyard camping, yoga, bridal showers, birthdays, you name it, The Happy Home makes for an excellent location. It has a fully equipped kitchen and acres of outdoor space that serve as a canvas for your inspirations.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in an extremely unique area known for its interconnectedness to the environment and sense of community. The county is well known for its heavily forested areas and has been the filming location for tv shows and movies like Black Panther, The Avengers and Walking Dead. Thanks to this, there are tons of local parks and trails just 5 minutes away from the property that we’ve highlighted for you to explore in our guidebook. There's also a wide variety of wildlife including birds (cardinals, blue jays, herons), white tail deer, red foxes, armadillos that you can find right out your front door.

This property also sits just 5 minutes away from only 1 of 21 “Agrihoods” in the country, Serenbe, which are “Ecofriendly Master Planned Residential neighborhoods CENTERED around a working farm AND/OR community gardens.” (agrihoodliving.com)

Every Saturday you can find the Artisan and Farmers Market on 9110 Selborne Lane (in Serenbe) for some amazing local arts and goods and/or to re-up your fridge during your stay.

Guest Access:
We're located just 25 minutes from the airport. The entire property is available for guests with the exception of the garage. The owner uses this for personal storage.

For parking: there is a private driveway attached to this house and space on the side that can fit 6-7 cars.

Other Details to Note:
The entire property will be available to guests with the exception of the garage. There is indoor / outdoor seating for dining, games like horseshoe, corn hole available, and acres of land for you to make the most of. The blue couch can also be turned into a pullout bed if needed.
