Modern, expansive, luxurious

This large spacious 3br 2bath unit was beautifully furnished, fully equipped and immaculately clean. Two balconies with ocean views, kitchen, washer dryer, plus use of all of the W Hotel’s amenities including pool, gym, beach chairs and umbrellas, etc. Numerous great restaurants within a short walk or in the case of Mr. Chow right on site. A great place to relax and unwind and enjoy all that Miami Beach has to offer.

Great location with awesome beach access. Property was very clean and well kept.

Pros: Location was ideal. Very clean. Hotel amenities were great. Nice Beach with convenient access. Cons: Air conditioning didn’t work very well in two of the three bedrooms. There is construction going on next to the pool. Need Apple TV to watch the televisions.

W Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was fine. We had several issues while staying that after several emails, were not addressed. We did not have a working coffee pot which was replaced in day one. Washing machine and tub were not functioning. I emailed concierge and copied other people in the loop and received no response. Very disappointing. I finally reached out directly to Jessica on Sunday and she apologized and gave us a late check out. Very disappointing customer service.
